Otel odamız son derece aydınlık, temiz ve rahattı.
Fijne knus hotel het ruikt er bij binnenkomst al meteen fris vriendelijke personeel locatie is top we komen hier zeker terug.
Het enige was dat er geen mogelijkheid was voor latere check out maar je kunt de lockers gebruiken voor de koffers en de lounge

La décoration et l'équipement dans la chambre. L'emplacement est idéal pour visiter la ville à pied.
Dommage, à peine arrivé on vous demande vos papiers et surtout une caution de 100 euros prélevés immédiatement ! Je n'ai jamais vu ça.
Odaların tasarımı çok güzeldi. Rahat ve konforlu. Bu otelin madridde olanındada kaldım orası da harikaydı. Konumuda güzeldi.
L'hôtel est idéalement situé dans le centre de la ville.
La chambre au 3ème étage spacieux et avait une terrasse privatisée qui était le petit plus très agréable pour se poser et était sans vis-à-vis.
Le lit king size était très confortable.
La chambre se situait au dernier étage près de la terrasse commune et lorsqu'il y avait du passage, nous entendions quasi tout. Les personnes qui discutaient et les portes qui claquaient pouvaient nous réveiller.
Il y a un jour où lorsque les femmes de ménage ont fait notre chambre, elles avaient accroché le tapis de bain sur une nos serviettes, ce que j'ai trouvé limite peu hygiénique.

Otelin konumu çok merkeziydi. Çalışanlar da son derece misafirperver ve güleryüzlüydü. Genel olarak fiyat/fayda dengesi iyiydi.
Oda genel olarak temizdi ancak özellikle banyoda ve odanın diğer bir çok yerinde yerlerde saçlar vardı. Temizlikte gözden kaçmış olabileceğini düşündüm ancak ikinci gün de aynı şeyler duruyordu. Küçük bir şey olarak düşünülse de rahatsız ediciydi.

El establecimiento supedita la prestación del servicio al pago de un depósito no pactado previamente o no regulado legalmente. Según el Art. 89.4 de la LGDCU, se considera cláusula abusiva la imposición de servicios accesorios no solicitados o la negativa a cumplir el contrato si no se aceptan condiciones adicionales desproporcionadas.
"La amenaza de anulación de una reserva confirmada ante la negativa a depositar 100€ sin base contractual previa constituye una coacción en la contratación, vulnerando el derecho del consumidor a la ejecución del contrato en los términos pactados."
Está actitud representa entre otras prácticas abusivas, una retención de fondos post-estancia sin justificación técnica, lo que constituye una apropiación temporal de activos y un posible incumplimiento de la Ley de Turismo de Andalucía, al no devolver cantidades sobrantes de depósitos de manera inmediata pudiendo hacerlo.
La recepción de 100€ sin emisión de recibo o factura simplificada vulnera el Reglamento de Facturación y la normativa de consumo.
La entrega de efectivo o cargo en tarjeta sin soporte documental (factura, comprobante), genera indefensión jurídica. Al no existir comprobante, el hotel oculta contablemente un pasivo exigible, impidiendo al usuario acreditar la entrega del dinero en caso de apropiación indebida.

Girişteki odayı verdiklerinde dışarının bütün sesi içeride, ayrıca oda asansör önü olduğu için yine bütün ses içeride. Uyumak imkansız. Odanın böyle olduğu önceden belirtilmeli ona göre booking yapılmalı.
