Only the location is good
I am writing to urgently report a severe health and safety hazard at my booked accommodation. I was forced to immediately vacate the property today because my room is heavily infested with bed bugs.
I have attached irrefutable photographic evidence to this message. You will see clear photos of the bed bugs on the hotel bed and floor, as well as shocking photos of severe, multiple bites all over my face, head, back, and arms. This is a massive sanitary and hygiene failure that has caused me significant physical pain and distress.
I have already confronted the hotel reception directly before leaving. I showed the staff the photographic evidence of the bugs in the room and the physical, severe bites on my own body. They are fully informed and aware of this unacceptable situation and the reason for my emergency departure.
Given the severity of this health hazard, I demand an immediate and full refund for this reservation. I will not accept any alternative solutions, vouchers, or partial compensation.
If a full refund is not processed promptly, I will be forced to file official complaints with the Spanish Health and Sanitary Authorities (Sanidad) and the European Consumer Centres Network (ECC-Net), and I will share this evidence publicly to warn other travelers.
I expect your immediate action and confirmation of my full refund.
