I had a lovely experience staying here!
Pros:

I loved the aesthetic and cozy design of the room. Everything was very clean and comfortable, especially the bathroom and shower, and the room had everything i needed for a comfortable stay. The location was also great, it’s very central and close to restaurants, and many other places. The service was really good as well, and overall, I had a lovely experience staying here!

We were very happy mostly due to the friendly helpful staff who spoke good english

Excelente ubicación y personal. Hotel muy recomendable.
Pros:

Ubicación excepcional: a dos minutos caminando de la plaza de España o la calle Gran Vía.
Habitaciones pequeñas, pero para ir a dormir es más que suficiente.
Cama grande, armario empotrado grande, escritorio con silla, dos mesillas y un soporte para arbir sobre el las maletas.
Baño limpio y de tamaño adecuado.
Desayuno variado, con frutas, bollería, cereales, embutido... Hasta las 10:30h. Muy bien.
Personal muy muy amable.
Máquina de agua y café disponible 24h gratuitamente. Excepcional, muy buen detalle que se agradece.

El hotel esta muy bien, los empleados excelentes y siempre bien predispuestos a ayudar. La ubicacion increible. Cerca de todo y en una zona seguro. Lo recomiendo y volveria.
