Supero mis expectativas.
Pros:

El personal es muy agradable, todos son muy amables. El hotel se encuentra en una excelente ubicación. El desayuno es muy completo, incluye fruta, huevo, carnes frias, lacteos, la verdad es que definitivamente lo recomendamos y planeamos hospedarnos de nuevo ahí cuando volvamos a Madrid.

Todo fue excelente!

Good location and old facilities
Pros:

The location is great, it's few minutes by foot to the Metro and also a walking distance to the city center. Also drinking water and tea / coffee were always available on the ground floor. All the staff members I met were extremely friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Check-in process with QR code didn't work and actually took longer time than filling a form by hand. All the facilities and furniture are outdated and worn. The breakfast starts at 7:30, and this is on a weekday, so no chance to attend it for business travellers. So the price of 200+ EUR per night for 1 person is very high for this value.

Pros:

Excelente localização. Muito próximo ao metrô, ao lado da Praça Espanha, Gran Via e de diversos outros pontos de interesse. É possível visitar vários pontos turísticos como os Jardins de Sabatini, Palácio Real, Catedral de NS de Almudena em agradáveis caminhadas.
As instalações do hotel são muito boas. A água gelada, café, chás e chocolate oferecidos com cortesia, dia e noite, no saguão do hotel são de fato um diferencial.

Pros:

La atención excelente , el Sr Antonio nos atendió en la noche y fue súper agradable , el desayuno muy completo, quedaba cerca de todo caminando , nos dejaron guardar el equipaje sin costo extra y por las horas que quisiéramos! Muy agradable el personal que trabaja en el hotel!
