Pros:

Amabilité et disponibilité du personnel, réception ouverte 24/24.. Fontaine à eau et machine à café à volonté.
Petit déjeuner très varié et frais.
Emplacement à proximité des transports, des restaurants et de lieux touristiques, et dans une rue un peu à l'écart des voies passantes.

Cons:

Hôtel non isolé au niveau sonore. Les bruits de portes et ceux des chambres voisines peuvent être dérangeant.

Great location and good value!
Pros:

Great location - just a few minutes walk to Gran Via with lots of food and shopping options.
Free 24hr access to a coffee machine and water dispenser at the lobby.

Cons:

Can be quite noisy at night (maybe because it's summer), but not unbearable.

Muy lindo Hotel
Pros:

Muy buena ubicación, a tres cuadras de la plaza de España y de las paradas del transporte público. El desayuno excelente!! La amabilidad del personal también excelente. Un dato de interés y que nadie lo comentó: la línea de ómnibus 001 es gratuita y puedes tomarlo en la gran vía y te conecta con la estación Atocha.

Estancia tranquila
Pros:

La ubicación es uno de sus factores diferenciales, cerca a la estación del metro y la plaza de España. El desayuno tipo buffet es variado y rico. La habitación es limpia y amplia. Me dieron un upgrade al momento de hacer el check in, a propósito, funciona las 24 horas y esto es genial para cuando hay inconvenientes con vuelos y retrasos.

Cons:

Todo estuvo muy bien en términos generales, nada que no me haya gustado.

Het hotel is gelegen op een toplocatie, zeer centraal en alle belangrijke bezienswaardigheden op wandelafstand. De kamer was proper en de bedden waren uitstekend.

Ubicación excelente y sobretodo el servicio del hotel. Tienen agua disponible todo el tiempo, café y aromática. Esto hace la experiencia de otro nivel.
