For any other booking, the credit card used for the booking will be requested upon arrival with an ID card under the same name as the credit card and the booking. Full payment is required upon arrival.

Elegí el hotel por disponer de instalaciones de spa, aunque debido a la ola de calor durante mi estancia, el agua de la piscina estaba demasiado caliente para poder disfrutar del baño (¡y ya ni hablar de meterse en la sauna!). La habitación muy bien equipada y el desayuno muy completo y variado.
El extractor de aire del baño funcionaba permanentemente (no sé por qué no solamente con la luz activada) y aunque no era un nivel de ruido demasiado elevado, sí podías apreciar un ligero zumbido aún con la puerta cerrada. La zona de desayuno es un poco pequeña y está todo el buffete dispuesto muy compactado por lo que si coincide la hora de desayunar con un grupo grande (que fue el caso de mi primer día), el comedor se colapsa enseguida.

Location - so close to the beach and shops but quiet. Room was pleasant and clean with large comfortable bed. Staff friendly and accommodating
The en-suite sink! A stylish look but poor design at only 1 to 2 inches deep, no plug or mechanism to fill the sink for partner to shave, and when water is running with any force or cleaning teeth and spitting - it splashes back due to the shallow and wide design

We had a lovely and comfortable stay at the cristal hotel. Located centrally and walkable to the beach, cafes and train. The privilege room was spacious and clean. Great value for money property especially if you're out and exploring all day.

Breakfast for 25 euros way too expensive. Also the doors slam behind too violently making it impossible to sleep after 7h30 when people go to breakfast.
Hotel je kousek od vlakového nádraží a také relativně kousek od pláže. Pokoje klasické hotelové, vše bez problémů. Snídaně v malé místnosti, ale bylo zde vše potřebné.
Největší výhoda byl bazén a sauna v nejvyšším patře, to byl příjemný bonus.
Měli jsme objednaný rodinný pokoj, nakonec jsme ale dostali dva spojené pokoje, což bylo fajn, měli jsme i dvě koupelny. Pokud bychom ale měli menší děti, takto bychom to nechtěli a neodpovídalo to tomu, co jsme měli objednáno.
