La pulizia e la posizione

Cons:

Ho chiesto di poter anticipare il check-in e mi è stata data risposta affermativa, al mio arrivo mi è stato detto che non riuscivano; stessa cosa per quanto riguarda il parcheggio, mi era stato garantito e al mio arrivo mi è stato detto che era al completo ed ho dovuto parcheggiare al parcheggio vicino (ovviamente a pagamento).
Mi è stata bloccata una cifra a garanzia pari a 200€ non concordata alla prenotazione che è stata sbloccata diverse ore dopo la mia partenza.
Al mio arrivo nella spa ho trovato personale che puliva e di conseguenza ho fatto solamente un veloce bagno nella piscina.
Ho preso due caffè la mattina della partenza e mi è stata addebitata la colazione.
In bagno non funzionava l’aerazione.

Location,Breakfast was good

Cons:

We paid for a superior double room with balcony. The bedroom was bijou but adequate. The bathroom had shower over bath which was quite high, the shower screen didn't reach the bath edge securely therefore the floor was getting wet. The balcony had room for one person to stand!!, therfore not of any use which is disappointing when you paid extra
