The location was fantastic, walking distance from just about everything you would go to see.
Room was on the small side but still comfortable and clean.
Stayed in one of the balcony rooms, the view was okay
The breakfast lacked variety, it’s great if you want to eat small croissants, pieces of fruit and bread but other than that there’s not many options.
The balcony view on the specific room wasn’t the best, looked onto buildings with no real views
The property was in good condition located on a hill very close to major attractions
There was some confusion regarding the room that I booked having a balcony and my room had no balcony, the room was very small

Bar service was closed on one night of our stay
The Spanish steps is only minutes away on foot and about 15min walk to the Trevi fountain. The room was clean with free bottled water in the mini bar.
The people at the front desk were very helpful in organising taxi's which were very swift, a two min wait for me. The staff in the breakfast area were extremely friendly and happy to take any requests.
I've stayed here before three years ago and it was great so I thought I'd come back. This time it was more expensive by a few hundred more $1400 AUD. I stayed for four nights and I wasn't very impressed. The room overall was fine, the only real downside to the bed was that the pillows were hard.
The breakfast was mostly sweets with three selections of "hot" food. Boiled eggs, frankhurt style sausages chopped up and cooked zucchini's or roasted potatoes I saw on the next day. Thankfully I could I ask for scrambled eggs, but do I have to keep asking for scrambled eggs? I just want to take it from the hox box, nobody touched what was in the hot box because it wasn't appealing. The juices were all syrup in taste and overly sweet, what happened to real orange and blood red orange juice?? I drink espressos in the morning, the coffee here was awful, I could not drink it. Did myself a favour and went to local Bar and got food and coffee there.
The elevator which is the main access to the rooms upstairs is slow at responding sometimes after pressing the button.
After paying $1400 AUD, there was a 24 euro tourist tax ontop, not the first time I've been in Rome but ridiculous none the less. Sad to say, but will be looking elsewhere for accommodation next trip. Hopefully they can improve.

The lift! Super slow and a little temperamental.
Breakfast was perfect. Location was walking distance to major points of interest, shopping and restaurants. The room had a private patio and a patio outside that was very quaint.
The location was excellent, the property was extremely clean, the staff were professional, helpful and friendly, and the A/C worked great during the Rome August heatwave. The breakfast offered a large variety and you could order scrambled eggs. The hotel is located on a quiet street. Our day was lovely!

Rooms are very small and the shower reminded me of a cruise ship size. Beds are hard as well.
