Pros:

Vriendelijk personeel, we hadden geen frigo op de kamer terwijl dit wel op de website stond. Gevraagd aan balie en onmiddellijk werd een oplossing gezocht. Tegen de avond stond er een frigo. Het was heel fris op de kamer, met de hitte zalig! Plus extra aircooler op de kamer. Heel dicht tegen boulevard.

Cons:

Bij het ontbijt weinig keuze. Maar je staat vrij om dit te nemen of niet. Kleine kamers.

Мне очень понравилось пребывание в этом отеле. Персонал был невероятно доброжелательным и приятным —. Если номер был свободен, мне разрешали заселиться раньше времени, что было очень удобно. Расположение хорошее, номер небольшой, но чистый, уютный и комфортный.

Отдельно хочу отметить отношение персонала: я несколько раз продлевала проживание , и мне всегда старались подобрать лучший вариант. Иногда предоставляли номер большей категории по той же цене, что было очень приятно. Остались только хорошие впечатления. С удовольствием остановилась бы здесь снова.

Dear Booking.com Support Team,

I am writing to formally and urgently escalate a severe issue regarding my current stay booked through your platform. The accommodation conditions are completely unacceptable, far below basic standards, and pose a serious health and safety concern (especially for my children).

This situation represents a complete failure to deliver the service as advertised. Therefore, I am officially requesting an immediate cancellation of the remaining nights and a full refund of my money.

I have documented everything with photos and videos as proof of these abysmal conditions. I expect Booking.com to step in immediately to resolve this dispute and process my full refund today. If this matter is not resolved promptly, I will be forced to escalate this complaint to consumer protection authorities and my bank for a chargeback.
