Pour ma part j’ai eu à changer de chambre 2 fois car la 1er chambre la climatisation ne fonctionnait pas et la deuxième chambre les rideaux n’étaient pas adaptés c’est a dire que des 6h 7h du matin la lumière du soleil me dérangeais et j’avais du mal à dormir j’ai demandé aux personnels de changer de rideaux mais ça été impossible

Cons:

Au niveau du petit déjeuner, quelques améliorations peuvent être apportées...en comparaison avec d'autres hôtels où je suis allée pour 20 euros d'écart sur la note, il y avait des céréales, du fromage blanc, du fromage, charcuterie mieux, des fruits...

Let’s start off by saying I have no clue how this is rated 7.9. It is FAR from that standard. I do not usually ever write these reviews but this one is so deserved.

The room was very dirty, there was hair underneath the sheets EVERYWHERE, blood stains, and even insects crawling out from the bed at night. I wish I was joking but unfortunately I am not. See the photos! I can confirm that I wasn’t the only one having this same issue as I heard one neighbour from my room calling reception to inspect the room and another as I walked by reception. I am not sure what “cleaning” they are doing.

To top it all off they couldn’t move me to another room and the hotel refused to reach an agreement with booking.com after I complained! But hey at least I got a $10 refund!

Finally, shower head was broken and the breakfast was literally just stale croissants and warm juice, and they advertise it on their website as “Pastries, eggs, yogurts, fruits, cakes and many other products will enhance your tray” It’s quite honestly a joke. Do yourself a favour and do not stay here, even if it’s a cheaper alternative. You’ll end up frustrated and spending unnecessary amounts of time trying to get basic issues fixed.
