Recently refurbed.. staff couldn’t do enough ,
Lovely white sofas outside to sit on while watching the buzz of Cannes.
Everything on your doorstep.shops and beach .. train station and bus station…

The location is good
The mattress was very bad I could feel the springs in my back and on the following day I woke up with back pain. They didn’t offer any solutions and two of the receptionists were very rude, I have to ask them to add some duvets to try to see if it would improve. I also asked about other bedrooms and we got offered a very small one which had the same mattress. I asked for a refund for the remaining nights. They said to booking that they would issue it but I have not received any refunds or any further updates. I ended up loosing the money and paying for 3 nights in another hotel where I could sleep comfortably and without getting a back pain.
The stairs are also in very bad state but there is a lift.

Staff not smiling at all , and no attention to guests. Room uncomfortable, head touching the ceiling (very low ceiling,, dangerous obstacles, dangerous stair, Damaged toilet, toilet door does not close, water with very low debit. 1 tiny bottle of water for 2 guests.

Hotelový pokoj byl čistý, strávili jsme zde 1 noc a bylo to dostačující. Vše bez problému. Cena na Cannes skvělá. Lokalita úžasná cca 100m od nádraží.
