L’emplacement est optimal,
L’hôtel très mignon et agréable. Et le personnel professionnel et adorable en même temps.

Cons:

Un détail. Une lampe qui ne fonctionnait pas sur la terrasse.

Pros:

Tutto il personale molto gentile, check-in in anticipo, colazione dolce ed abbondante, camera non grandissima ma confortevole ed aria condizionata.
Posizione a due passi dal mare, dalle vie centrali e dal castello.
Tornerei senza dubbio.

Zdecydowanie lokalizacja

Cons:

To, że nas okradziono. Odpowiada za to pracownik hotelu - podczas naprawy sejfu majster, któremu powierzono to zadanie, ukradł nam złoty pierścionek, który znajdował się w sejfie. W sejfie była jeszcze szkatułka na biżuterię, portfel i bransoletka srebrna z beadsami. Inna Pani z recepcji nadzorowała ponoć całą tę operację, ale jako że pierścionek byl luzem to pan naprawiajacy sejf go zabral, a ona nawet tego pewnie nie zauważyła. Bardzo nie w porządku bylo zachowanie calego personelu, łącznie z kierowniczką, ktora stala murem za człowiekiem, ktory bezwstydnie nas okradł i do tego próbował jeszcze zrzucic odpowiedzialność na panie sprzątające. Dlatego absolutnie nie polecam tego hotelu.

Läget! Nära stranden och shoppinggatan, inte så långt att gå till restauranger och barer. Vi bodde i lgh utanför hotellet och det var fint.
Sängen bekväm.

Cons:

Det enda var att AC i ena sovrummet var lite otillräcklig och att det inte fanns några kaffe-kapslar. Brukar alltid finnas i lgh som har kaffemaskiner.

Très mauvaise expérience. J’ai réservé un studio à l’hôtel Floriane à Cannes en me basant sur les photos et la présentation du logement sur Booking. À mon arrivée, grosse déception : le studio se trouve dans un autre immeuble et ne correspond absolument pas aux photos publiées. Ce n’est pas du tout le logement que je pensais avoir réservé.

Nous avons malgré tout décidé de rester. Mais dès la première nuit, impossible de dormir correctement. Un restaurant se trouve juste en dessous et la musique a été très forte jusqu’à environ 2 h du matin. La fenêtre en bois était en plus cassée. Même avec le double vitrage, le bruit était très gênant.

Le matin, autre problème : les rideaux sont très fins et la lumière entre dès 6 h, ce qui nous réveillait très tôt.

Le logement était également mal équipé : deux petits écrans qui ne fonctionnaient pas correctement et seulement quelques serviettes, mais pas suffisamment pour deux personnes. Personne ne nous a proposé de solution ou d’assistance.

Et surtout, nous avons trouvé des cafards sous la douche, au niveau des tuyaux. Il y a un espace ouvert sous la douche autour des tuyaux, ce qui permet apparemment aux insectes de passer. Pour moi, c’est un sérieux problème d’hygiène et d’entretien.

Je regrette vraiment d’avoir payé le séjour à l’avance. Si je n’avais pas déjà payé, j’aurais immédiatement changé d’hôtel, d’autant plus qu’il y avait d’autres établissements disponibles qui semblaient bien meilleurs.

Je ne reviendrai pas dans cet établissement. Je conseille aux futurs clients de bien vérifier que le logement qu’ils réservent correspond réellement aux photos et aux informations affichées sur Booking, car dans mon cas, ce n’était clairement pas le cas.

A perfect stay in a great location, with a beautiful apartment and excellent service!
Pros:

Great location, right across from Le Môme restaurant and on one of the nicest streets for walking around. The apartment was excellent, clean, comfortable, and equipped with everything we needed. The service was also great, and overall we had a very pleasant stay.

Cons:

We liked everything—nothing to add here!
