La posizione è sicuramente il punto di forza: si trova a circa 5 minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia, vicino a numerosi ristoranti, con un grande parcheggio proprio di fronte e a pochi passi dalla stazione ferroviaria. Tutto il resto, purtroppo, è stato al di sotto delle aspettative.
La pulizia è stata molto deludente. All’arrivo la moquette della camera era sporca e non sembrava aspirata da tempo. Il WC presentava evidenti incrostazioni di calcare nero e giallastro. In bagno abbiamo trovato anche un bicchiere rotto.
Il servizio di pulizia veniva effettuato solo nel pomeriggio, proprio negli orari in cui si rientra per riposare. Nonostante avessimo chiesto di pulire la camera prima delle 14:00, la richiesta è stata ignorata. Durante il soggiorno di 5 notti la camera è stata pulita una sola volta e, anche in quell’occasione, si sono limitati a cambiare le lenzuola, lasciando il bagno ancora sporco di sabbia e altra sporcizia.
Per un hotel di questa categoria, il livello di pulizia e l’attenzione al cliente sono stati decisamente inferiori alle aspettative.

The hotel had a great location, making it easy to get around and explore the area. The room was bright and comfortable, and having a refrigerator in the room was very convenient.
Breakfast was served at the neighboring hotel. It was sufficient, with a good selection of food, and the breakfast area was beautiful and pleasant. Overall, I had a nice stay and would recommend this hotel.
The only downsides were the old and worn-out shower curtain and the lack of a full-length mirror in the room. There was a full-length mirror in the bathroom, but it was placed in an inconvenient spot, making it difficult to use.
No es un hotel 4 estrellas, esta ubicado cerca de un estacionamiento lleno de motos. No tiene el nivel que promete aunque está bien para dormir una noche, no más.
Las habitaciones son muy chicas, al llegar todas las sabanas sucias estaban en el pasillo.

Llegar a una ciudad con la que has soñado y enfrentarte a un recibimiento tan frío y displicente es decepcionante. La habitación es pequeña como se anuncia. El desayuno de cortesía cumple.
La atención pésima.
La malvenida 🫣 a cargo de un muchacho muy desagradable con el que costó un mundo comunicarnos, pues no dominamos el francés y él tampoco español. Cero paciencia, cero empatía. Al irnos al día siguiente la muchacha en el mostrador nunca despegó sus ojos de su móvil ni siquiera para decir adiós.
La ubicación buena.
Lo rescatable? la disposición a guardar las maletas después del check out en el mismo hall de entrada.
No volvería ni lo recomiendo.
El servicio es primordial siempre y nosotros recibimos uno muy deficiente.

Δεν μάζευαν τα βρώμικα ποτήρια από τα δωμάτια ούτε έβαζαν καινούργια καθόλου κατά την διάρκεια της διαμονής μας.
