Alternatively, the hotel is close to the "EFFIA" public parking lot at Cannes railway station, with which we have an agreement, and you can benefit from a discount of between 10% and 40% by placing a hotel stamp on the parking ticket.Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.

Ціна не відповідає якості, не рекомендую (хіба що нема куди діватися серед ночі, як було в нашому випадку).
Pros:

Обрали готель за розташування біля вокзалу, потрібно було переночувати одну ніч, прибувши пізно увечері потягом. Розташування зручне, але з усіма нюансами, що дає близькість до вокзалу. Кімната була в цілому ок: відносно свіжий ремонт і меблі (хоча все дуже бюджетно), ліжка зручні, автоматична ролета з повним блекаутом. Персонал в цілому привітний. Це всі плюси. Сніданки не брали.

Cons:

Нічний портʼє при заселенні виглядав не презентабельно (був у тріко), задавав купу зайвих запитань моїм дітям (типу намагався бути дружнім, але занадто). Справив враження випадкової людини, яку попросили вночі посидіти, а не співробітника. Не запропонував допомогу із валізами, хоча я була одна з двома дітьми і ми заселялися близько 23 години ночі. Ліфт такого розміру, що туди влазять лише дві валізи без людини. Треба було відправляти багаж ліфтом, а самім бігти вперед на другий поверх і зустрічати. А зустрівши, ще довелося їх самім тягнути на 10 сходів уверх, бо туди ліфт не доїжджає. Рецепціоніст певно це знав, але не запропонував допомогу.
Особливої уваги заслуговує ванна. Вона розміром приблизно 1х1,5м, як у поїзді. Сидячи в туалеті, впираєшся колінами у двері (картонні розсувні двері без замку). Ремонт у ванній явно не оновлювався не один десяток років. Цвіль, сліди часу і поганого прибирання. У щілині між душовою кабіною і стіною лежав товстий шар пилу і бруду. Певно, це була найнеприємніша і найнезручніша ванна кімната, яку я коли-небудь бачила у готелі. Навіть 6-ричний син сказав: «це не схоже на 3-зірковий готель, має бути 2*). Про перепади температури води в душовій кабіні, яку неможливо налаштувати, вже можна й не говорити.
Загальне враження дуже неприємне, хотілося якнайскоріше виїхати. Співвідношення ціна/якість абсолютно не адекватне (заплатили 170€ зі ніч без сніданку). Не рекомендую.

Schönes, kleines Stadthotel mitten in Cannes

Zimmer schön und zweckmässig eingerichtet, Zimmer war ruhig (hängt natürlich von den Nachbarn ab) und der Balkon hat auch gefallen.

Soggiorno molto piacevole e personale davvero eccellente. Desidero ringraziare in particolare il signor Abdù, che ha gestito con grande professionalità e attenzione un piccolo imprevisto tecnico nella camera inizialmente assegnata, offrendoci un upgrade gratuito a una junior suite per garantirci il massimo comfort.

Abbiamo trovato tutto il personale estremamente disponibile, gentile e flessibile. È una struttura che consiglio sicuramente.

Cons:

Naturalmente, come in ogni struttura, ci sono sempre piccoli margini di miglioramento. Tuttavia, considerando il prezzo pagato, ritengo che il rapporto qualità-prezzo sia davvero molto buono, anzi decisamente superiore alle aspettative. Nel complesso, è stata un’esperienza molto positiva.
