Another lovely holiday at Eden Hotel
Pros:

Wonderful place! I will stay again for my next trip to the area.
Pros:

The location was fantastic! Equally close to the beach and to the train station. Although it was very central, it was very peaceful and quiet. The rooms are extremely clean and thoughtfully decorated. The staff is extremely friendly!

Lovely breakfast on a cute terrace
Pros:

This is a very cute hotel - friendly staff, a delicious breakfast on a lovely terrace, and I had a view of the sea from my Juliette balcony. Super close to Juan Les Pins train station too.

Cons:

It's an old building with no lift and the rooms/bathrooms are very small - but exactly as shown in the pics. No complaints from me at all, but maybe not the one if you're after space and don't want to carry your bag up many flights of stairs!

Perfekte Station für Kurzurlaub in Juan les Pins!
Pros:

Sehr nette Frühstücksterrasse, schnuckeliges Zimmer, bequemes Bett, gute Klimaanlage! Frühstück (Buffet) kostet 15 Euro und ist jeden Euro wert. Kleiner öffentlicher Strand ist in 5 Minuten erreichbar!

Cons:

Es war eigentlich alles gut; was man wissen sollte: es gibt im Haus keinen Lift; das Hotel hat keine eigenen Parkplätze (rund ums Hotel gibt es viele Parkmöglichkeiten (gebührenpflichtig außer am Samstag/Sonntag); das Bad ist fein, aber klein!

Staff molto gentile e disponibile a soddisfare tutte le nostre richieste. Posizione perfetta. Terrazza che abbiamo potuto sfruttare per lavoro a pc.

Cons:

Camera un po piccola, in particolare il bagno. Difficile stendere asciugamano e costume.
