Hôtel catastrophique à éviter absolument.
Pros:

L'emplacement en coeur de ville à proximité d'un garage très sympa.

Cons:

Odeurs désagréables dans la chambre. Pas de produits de toilette dans la salle de bains. Petit déjeuner médiocre, dans une salle trop petite (4 tables rondes pour 2 ou 3). Aucune écoute du client pour les problèmes. C'est une catastrophe.

Good location. For what I was paying I was shocked when the taxi driver said "you are in your hotel". It was a very old and narrow door. The office is pretty thigh. There is a small antique elevator like 24x24 and it only takes you to floor 1. They gave us the last room in the second floor and the lady said she didn't have any room in the bottom floor. I asked the person at the front desk what was in the building before a hotel and said that it was a monastery. There was not air in the bathrooms and the air in the room was not working. We had to open the window and be exposed to the across streets apartments and the noise from drunk people at the bar next door. There were mosquitos at night. I did not like it at all. This is a PENSIONE, not a hotel. The pictures used to advertise it are amazing, they are not realistic. Almost $300.00 per night??? I have no idea why people rate this place as high as they do. Not worth it!

Great place to stay in Florence!!!!!!!
Pros:

We absolutely loved this hotel. Everyone at the front desk was super helpful and extra nice. The 3 of us had a triple room, very spacious , one king and a single bed. Plus one extra bed. The room was clean and had lots of extras. Loved this hotel for many reasons!!! Plus a few blocks from the train station. We felt safe at all times. Lots of character and the breakfast was a nice bonus each morning. This was the perfect hotel for us and we hated leaving. Hope to come back to Italy and stay here again!!!

This hotel has a wonderful location. Our room for 3 was large and clean. It was a good price and staff were cordial.
Pros:

The room we had was very large and the bathroom was nice and big.

Cons:

There was no real lobby and the staff was not there 24-7. The breakfast room was small but the breakfast was good.

Pros:

Das Personal war sehr nett! Wir sind aus Versehen in die ZTL Zone gefahren und das Hotelpersonal hat sich direkt darum gekümmert, dass wir auf die Whitelist kommen. Die Lage ist Top - in der Nähe vom Markt und 5 min vom Dom entfernt. Zimmer sind sauber und geräumig.

Cons:

Die Zimmer sind leider sehr hellhörig - wir haben es immer gehört, wenn unsere Zimmernachbarn im Zimmer unterwegs waren oder geduscht/geredet haben usw.. Das war beim Einschlafen tatsächlich sehr nervig.

Pros:

I loved how close this hotel was to the Duomo and the train station.

Cons:

The shower had half a window/door; if the rubber on the bottom of the window/door wasn't positioned correctly, the water would get everywhere. It required heavy pushing.

My stay in Florence.
Pros:

The room was very comfortable. Loved the shower! The staff were friendly and helpful. Interesting history about the building.

Cons:

The stairs were a killer when on the top floor. The outside street wasn’t the best. The breakfast was decent.
