Cons:

Ich wollte einZimmer zum Hof raus und habe ein Zimmer zur Straße bekommen.
Die Aircondition im Zimmer lief trotz Abschaltung weiter. Ich konnte das Gerät nur durch das Entfernen des Zimmerships ruhig stellen.

Ubicació perfecte, a un pas de la Bahnhofstrasse.
La nostra habitació Doble Confort estava molt ben equipada, vista al carrer i espaiosa.
Recepeció molt amables (maletes, taxi, etc.)
El Restaurant Glogge Egge serveix un menú molt bé i a preu raonable.

Overall a perfect place to stay… lovely staff very helpful nice restaurant with ambiance
Pros:

Excellent location easy to walk everywhere room was a good size and overlooking the interior terrace which was quiet and the air conditioning worked very well

Cons:

My room was next to the service elevator which was a little noisy at certain times of the day so if I stayed again I would specifically ask for a room away from the elevator

Superb location and very convenient.

breakfast was ok, but nothing special. Missing vegetables and more variation. The coffee servered at the breakfast was mediocre.
