We like this hotel very much. Will definitely return.
Pros:

Hotel location is great, close to the Bahnhofstrasse, many shops, banks, offices. Convenient transportation with trams. Hotel is modernized. Updated and comfortable rooms. Tasty breakfast with good selection of food.

Cons:

Price. Switzerland is very expensive and so are most hotels, such as this one. Value for money proposition could be better.

Localização.

Cons:

Café da manhã repetitivo. Pouco espaço livre no quarto se coloca cama adicional. Chuveiro é so uma ducha de mangueira. No segundo andar tem uma escada no meio do corredor, perde a acessibilidade. Não tem banheiro no terreo.

Amazing staff, convenient location and nice rooms
Pros:

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel - the rooms were very nice, it's walking distance from the train station and lots of the nicer areas to wander around Zurich, and the staff were wonderful. They also had a very nice breakfast buffet.

The reception staff helped us arrange a car and when I forgot a pair of pants in my room they even arranged to mail it home to us.

Highly recommend!

Cons:

O banheiro esta no meio do quarto, num modelo que parece ter sido construído posteriormente. Apesar de ter uma boa estrutura, o fato de que ao acender a luz do banheiro, o quarto inteiro se ilumina, incomoda um pouco.
