Location is amazing

Cleanliness could be improved, especially the toilet. Shower gel was not replenished, and some staff were a little unfriendly.

Served our purpose, close to the station, a bit on the expensive side and we expected more!

Excellent location near the main station.

Cons:

We experienced problems with the coffee machine and the staff member told us he knew nothing about it. Fortunately it then worked after a further attempt.

Calme et très bien situé à 2 pas de la gare centrale
Pros:

Nous n'avons pas pris le petit déjeuner, très cher. Mais la literie était exceptionnelle et la chambre très confortable. Le check out à midi est très appréciable aussi. Le calme dans la chambre et la localisation à 2 pas de la gare centrale.

Cons:

Le personnel totalement indifférent au moment du check-out. Le manque de considération de l'employé au guichet qui fait mine de ne pas nous voir alors que sa collègue qui arrive après s'occupe d'office de la personne qui attend derrière nous. Un peu dommage pour un hôtel de ce standing car tout le reste était parfait.

Cons:

I wish the front reception staff would make every patron from different ethnicity feel equally welcomed
