Great location. Very comfortable. Good service.
Pros:

We stayed one night, arriving by train from the Valais, before flying out next day. The convenience of the proximity to the station was great. The room was large and comfortable. Its a bit old fashioned, but very nice.

Great location near the river in Zurich, yet walking distance from the train station, hotel staff was excellent!
Pros:

We booked several rooms for a family trip to Switzerland. The staff was so accommodating! They had the rooms ready early which is much appreciated when your 13 hour flight gets you there in the morning. They also provided a crib with comforter for our 1 year old grandson at no extra charge. The hotel booked us tickets for the chocolate museum and really helped us with anything we needed for our trip.

Cons:

It was expensive- but I think that is the norm for Zurich!

Great location, especially for people watching, big wide bed , happy and helpful staff

It’s tough to maintain the theme when you used to be one of the best hotels there is. Bit crammed in now by other properties
