Great location especially for a short business trip
Pros:

The location is next to Zurich HB main train station. It is exceptionally convenient especially given the train takes 10 minutes or so from Zurich airport. It is around 10 to 15 minutes walk to the old town or lake. The breakfast was good. Overall a clean hotel

Cons:

The rooms and hotel in general are a bit dated. The A/C in the room did not work properly and it was getting too hot. The internal courtyard is a bit noisy at night and thus can't really open a window. Lifts are very small. The bed was ok but not comfy enough

Sin pena ni Gloria.
Pros:

Buena ubicación Céntrico. Habitaciones superiores en la esquina mucho cristal. Calientes en verano y probablemente frías en invierno.

Wenn man ein Zimmer zum Innenhof und ein modernes Bad hat, ist alles super.

Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr zentral. Wenn man mit dem Zug anreist, kann man vom Bahnhof zum Hotel laufen.
Unser Zimmer war sehr groß und ansprechend eingerichtet.
Das Personal war sehr freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Soweit ich mich erinnern kann, stand bei der Beschreibung des Zimmers, das ich gebucht hatte, dass es ein modernes Bad mit ebenerdiger Dusche hat und dass es zum Innenhof ausgerichtet ist. Das mit dem Innenhof weiß ich genau, weil mir ein ruhiger Schlaf wichtig ist. Deshalb habe ich extra eine teurere Zimmerkategorie gewählt. Leider hatten wir ein Zimmer zur Straßenseite, in das viel Lärm von außen drang. Ich konnte ewig nicht einschlafen und wurde schon sehr früh wach. Leider hatte das Zimmer ein altes Bad mit einer Badewanne, in der sich auch die Dusche befand. Der Ablauf war verstopft und beim Duschen stand ich knietief im Wasser. Da wir nur eine Nacht in dem Hotel waren, habe ich nichts gesagt.

Everything was going well until we arrived at the hotel. Unfortunately, our first impression at reception was quite disappointing. We were met with cold, somewhat condescending looks, and the attitude of the staff member who received us felt abrupt and unwelcoming. The service did not reflect the standard we expected from a hotel of this level, and there was very little warmth or hospitality.

The following day, however, we were assisted by an Italian gentleman who was the complete opposite. He was exceptionally polite, humble, elegant, and professional. His warm and respectful manner made a very positive difference to our experience.

Die Lage war sehr gut, Zimmer gross, aber altmodisch, etwas unbequeme Stühle, Betten und Kissen sehr gut, leider nur Badewanne oder Duschkabine erhältlich, Kaffeemaschine mit Kapseln positiv, aber keine Milch/Rahm oder kaffeinfreie Kapseln erhältlich

Das Bistro/Bar Restaurant war sehr unbequem und die Tische zu klein zum essen
Nicht Rollator oder Rollstuhl freundlicher Eingang
Keine Tür zwischen Zimmer und Waschbecken
Preis-Leistungsverhaeltnis (sehr teuer)
