Pros:

Bardzo dobry hotel. Świetna lokalizacja - niedaleko od dworca kolejowego. Bardzo czysto. Świetny personel, szczególnie pomocny był Joao Machado z recepcji - pomógł nam z bagażem oraz przedłużył pobyt w dniu wyjazdu bez dodatkowej opłaty.

Cons:

Większy wybór potraw na śniadaniu.

Probably the most convenient hotel for visitors to Zurich.
Pros:

A charming hotel situated on the main shopping street of Zurich, minutes from the main railway station. Whilst the hotel building is historical, the rooms and facilities have been renovated to modern standards.

Lit confortable, salle de bain propre (pour ce séjour)

Cons:

Trop de bruit (la porte n'est pas du tout étanche au bruit) le streaming sur la tv ne fonctionne pas. (comme les trois dernière fois où j'ai séjourné dans cet hôtel)

Pros:

Good location, small room and a bit too dusty due to the cover of the floor with carpet tiles. Very small bathroom like on the boat. The rest was fine. I guess in EU such small rooms are only for single use only. Very helpful stuff.

Difficult access by car due to street renovation

Öncelikle kapı girişinde Diyar Aktürk tarafından çok hoş bir şekilde karşılandık. Sonrasında Diyar bey oda konusunda müsaitlik doğrultusunda bize yardımcı oldu 🙏🏻 Bahnhofstrasse’nin başlangıcında mükemmel bir konumda. Tertemiz şehir manzaralı bir odada konakladık. Restoranı da çok başarılıydı. Tekrar Zürih’e geldiğimizde kesinlikle tercihimiz olacak

Excellent hotel! Everything was very clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. The breakfast was delicious with a good variety of options. The staff were extremely friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay.

The location is perfect—right next to the train station and the river, with the city center and main attractions just a short walk away.
