Great location and competitive price
Pros:

Very well located, within 10 minutes walk from the old town and with plenty of good restaurants within walking distance. Rooms were clean, comfortable and noise isolation was great. Front-desk staff were very helpful and polite. Would stay there again. They made the room and bathroom functional for the space available.

Cons:

Room size is very small, but was fine for 2 nights.

Pros:

Globalement l'hôtel est propre mais trop cher pour ce que c'est ... chambre minuscule qui donne sur un mur ! Pas d'eau dans la chambre !

Cons:

Je n'ai pas apprécié qu'on me prenne une caution de 150 euros pour prévenir d'éventuels dégâts ! C'est la première fois de ma vie que je vois ca !!

Loistava hotelli kaupunkilomalle.
Pros:

Hotellin sijainti on ideaali kaupunkilomalle - kaikki palvelut on lähellä ja junalla pääsee kätevästi myös lähikyliin. Ravintolat, ostokset, ranta yms aivan vieressä. Samaan aikaan huom, että isossa kaupungissa nämä kaikki pitävät jonkin verran meteliä ja lähialueen yökerhoista kuuluu huoneeseen ääntä myös yöllä. Huone oli siististi remontoitu. Hotellissa oli ystävällinen ja hyvä palvelu.

Cons:

Aamiaisella oli ruuat aika pienissä astioissa esillä ja sen vuoksi koko ajan jotain loppu - tila on valmiiksi jo hieman ahdas, niin ruuan odottaminen ja työntekijöiden pyöriminen tiskin ympärillä vei pientä fiilistä. Valikoima oli kuitenkin ranskalaiseksi hotelliksi suht hyvä, eli sai muutakin kuin croissantia tai patonkia (kananmunia, muroja, jugurttia, hedelmiä yms).

Una opción económica y bien localizada en Niza
Pros:

La localización del hotel es muy buena, ya que puedes llegar caminando a muchos de los puntos turísticos de Niza, el personal es amable y la relación precio - calidad es atractiva.

Cons:

El punto para mi mas débil es el desayuno, esta bastante austero y no muy atractivo, se podría mejorar la parte del huevo y salchichas. El sabor y la textura es poco agradable.
