Pros:

Ett bygge pågick i fastigheten bredvid.Världens oväsen, tidig morgon. Varför inte meddela oss kunder. De hade lagt in öronproppar på rummet= de var fullt medvetna om bekymmret.
Urdålig Wifi.
Tristate frukost jag varit med- ååå jag är van resenär.

Jag hade bett om ett tystare rum- fick det i ett hörn, det var vänligt men vette ut mot gatan. Hålla på gatan tidig morgon- folk på väg hem från krogen.
Prisvärt javisst- men jag lägger gärna mer slant å få det mer nice.

When in Nice, go to Le Seize
Pros:

Loved the location here! Tons of restaurants nearby, 6 minutes from Jean Médecin metro, and 10 minutes from the Promenade/Beach and Old Town. I’d recommend for solo travelers 100%

Cons:

The pillows were the flattest pillows I’ve slept on in my life. Definitely should be replaced.

The hotel is in a great location close to the main shopping area Avenue Jean Médecin and a short and pleasant stroll across the park to the old town and ports.

Cons:

The construction site next to my room so a little during daytime working hours, but it can’t be helped it’s called progress.

Bon hôtel très bien situé avec un excellent service et une excellente literie.
Pros:

Très bien situé et accés facile avec le tram depuis l'aéroport. A cinq minutes de l'arrêt Jean Médecin. Très propre. Très bonne literie. Très bon service. Batiment ancien avec un ascenseur d'époque qui ajoute au charme.

Cons:

Petite salle de bains. Cuvette des toilettes difficile d'accès. Peu d'espace de rangement et porte d'armoire cassée. Prix Booking significativement plus élevé que le prix en passant directement par l'hôtel. Nous étions habitués à ce que ce soit plus ou moins équivalent et n'avons pas vérifié. Pas la faute de l'hôtel mais celle de Booking; du coup, le rapport qualité/prix s'en trouve affecté ainsi que l'impression générale.

God beliggenhet og grei standard.
Pros:

Lite, men koselig hotell. Hyggelig betjening som la til rette for at vi fikk legge igjen bagasjen før innsjekk, samt åpnet frokosten litt tidligere da vi skulle dra. Sentral og fin beliggenhet i Nice by.

Excellent location and enjoyed the street view.
Pros:

Excellent location close to everything and a good view to the street below plus window in room provided ventilation.

Cons:

The toilet in our room was very close to the shower and cramped so we mostly just used it sitting sideways. Not a deal breaker for us. We liked everything else.
