L'emplacement à proximité de la plage.
L'accueil du personnel.

Cons:

Les travaux juste à côté de ma chambre. Le local ménage à côté de ma chambre. Rue tres passante beaucoup de nuisances sonores.

einfach weil ich in der Innenstadt sein wollte, würde ich nicht mehr Buchen.
Pros:

Lage war sehr gut, Parkmöglichkeiten sind schlicht eine Zumutung. Leider eher schlecht als gut.

Cons:

es wirklich nur die Lage und die Tatsache, dass keine Alternative zur verfügung stand. Bad ist sehr eng, Badzimmer wurde längere Zeit nicht richtig geputzt (Schimmel bei der Dusche, wenn die Dusche geschlossen wird), Personal für CHF 300.00 absolut unpersönlich, nicht wirklich ein freudiger Empfang, Frühstück mässig.

Pros:

It was really central and in an excellent location in the centre of Nice

Cons:

Rooms were slightly old fashioned and basic but it was really clean and served our purposes well

Boutique hotel in a great location
Pros:

Very comfortable beds. Room was OK for two people. Brilliant location to get around Nice either walking, taking trams, buses or trains. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. The little lift was a delight and the guest upstairs lounge with an additional toilet was great for a couple of friends in the one room. The place was very clean and nicely kept.

Cons:

There was a bit of building work going on outside our window but not so bad that it affected our time in the room. The bathroom had no fan so got steamed up with a shower which made it very wet and steamy for a second person to have their shower. Walls are very thin so we could hear clearly people next door.

La ubicación. Cerca de la playa. Personal de recepcion muy amable. Nos dejaron un poco más de tiempo al check out ya que nuestro vuelo era tarde.
Volveremos en nuestro próximo viaje a la Riviera Francesa

Cons:

Igual que hubiera algún enchufe más en la habitación. Solo había uno.
