Cons:

Their elevator has been out of order for a long time and we were staying on the 3rd floor. They should inform guests in advance that the hotel has no elevator.

The Lift was unfortunately broken. Bed sheets weren’t cleaned everyday, the bed was make but the sheets weren’t fresh. I

Bed sheets weren’t cleaned everyday, Itching after sleeping in the bed.
We booked a double bed room however this was just 2 x single placed together and therefore the beds would keep separating.
View was a construction site, very loud to sleep, we could hear everything.
The walls were very thin, we could hear everything next door.

Hôtel pratique et bien situé, parfait pour un court séjour
Pros:

L'hôtel est très très bien situé sans que ce soit trop bruyant dans la rue. C'est un hôtel classique (avec les prix de la côte d'Azur) qui fait très bien le travail pour un court séjour à Nice. Pas de prises de têtes, juste une chambre propre confortable au centre ville avec les équipements qu'il faut.

Cons:

Le bâtiment est assez vieux et aucun travail d'isolation n'a été fait, donc on entend TOUT ce qu'il se passe dans le couloir... L'hôtel pourrait commencer en mettant de nouveaux joints sur les portes par exemple. Sinon tout était bien.
