I was very surprised when I first came in the apparthotel. It is very beautiful, the staff is super friendly! When you enter, you feel like home and it’s a nice feeling to have.
Super clean as well, very well decorated and maintained.
I would definitely come back.
If you would like a more authentic experience, somewhere you’d feel yourself and well welcomed, it’s the right place to be.
The hotel is very nice and clean. Location is perfect, right in the center and close to everything by walk. The atmosphere was good and everything was clean. The room is spacious, the bathroom big and the bed very comfortable. The staff is friendly, polite, and helpful, they accomplished every request. Highly recommend a stay there!

We had a wonderful stay! The hotel is perfectly located, making it so easy to get around. The rooms are cute, well-decorated, and spotlessly clean. Highly recommended!

I highly suggest when staying in Nice booking this hotel. Not only are the rooms adorable, clean, sat with everything that you need but the service that we have received here has been beyond amazing.
Sebastian has gone above and beyond to make our stay amazing. He truly has made our stay and niece feel comfortable, relaxing, and elevated. We received wonderful care while staying here and great tips to see local spots in Nice and also suggestions to get even more out of our stay in the French Riviera. From restaurants, best places for gelato, best beaches and the best markets. The help with public transportation to get around Nice and sound the French Rivera was so helpful as well. Again, I highly suggest Ammi Lafayette. It's been wonderful.
We had a wonderful stay at Aparthotel AMMI Nice Lafayette! The hotel was spotless, quiet, and in an excellent location—less than a 10-minute walk to the beach, with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby.
The laundry service was a huge bonus and made our stay even more convenient. Most importantly, every member of the staff was warm, welcoming, and friendly.
A special thank you to Sebastian, who was absolutely the best! He went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and was always happy to help with recommendations and anything we needed. His exceptional service made our trip even more memorable.
We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Nice!

الموقع جيد جداً في وسط المدينة وقريب من الخدمات.
الفندق لا يحتوي على مصعد ، ويوجد الاستقبال بالطابق الأول مما يعني انك ستصعد بنفسك بحقائبك عن طريق الدرج ( حوالي 20-30) درجة ، الاستقبال غير متوفر بعد التاسعة مساءً، الإنترنت لا يعمل ليلاً.
Good location, maybe not suitable for those with limited mobility as 30+ stairs and no lift. Booked superior room with balcony, happy with size for 2 people (3 would have been a squeeze) and all amenities including kitchenette. Breakfast (delivered to the room as a picnic basket) is generous and good value. Cleaning is a bit sporadic - you need to be very clear about what you want. Staff are wonderful, special thanks to Sebastian
I was so impressed with Sebastian - who greeted me and was so very helpful for my brief stay. My only concern was the two flights of stairs up to the lobby, but again, Sebastian was more than willing to help me with my heavy bag ( I had been traveling for 10 days) His customer service skills are excellent - I was a flight attendant for 40 years, and I can identify a great employee when I see one!
