I was so impressed with Sebastian - who greeted me and was so very helpful for my brief stay. My only concern was the two flights of stairs up to the lobby, but again, Sebastian was more than willing to help me with my heavy bag ( I had been traveling for 10 days) His customer service skills are excellent - I was a flight attendant for 40 years, and I can identify a great employee when I see one!

Ursprünglich hatten wir dieses Hotel für zwei Nächte gebucht und spontan um eine weitere Nacht verlängert. Die Lage direkt neben den Galeries Lafayette ist hervorragend, und das gesamte Hotel ist sehr sauber, modern, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und bestens gepflegt.
Besonders begeistert waren wir von den äußerst bequemen Betten – mit die besten während unserer fast dreiwöchigen Reise. Klimaanlage, Dusche und Küchenzeile waren in einwandfreiem Zustand.
Ein großes Lob an das Team: Trotz unserer Ankunft nach der üblichen Check-in-Zeit wurden wir telefonisch kontaktiert, man hat auf uns gewartet und alles unkompliziert organisiert. Auch die übrigen Mitarbeiter waren jederzeit freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Kostenloser Kaffee, Wasser und die Gepäckaufbewahrung waren das i-Tüpfelchen. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

After being let down by a different property we found this space of heaven last minute and we were so happy.
The property is not only super cute and comfortable but the lady at reception was super lovely and helpful.
The room was clean and the bed and shower were amazing. They even have a Dyson hair drier at reception to use.
I would 100% come back in my next stay in Nice.

Amazing all round experience! Super large bed and comfortable. Lovely rooms and super kind and attentive staff. I would recommend to anyone looking to use this as a base for nice.
This hotel is above shops in a very central area. It is surprisingly peaceful (ask for a courtyard room if you like a very quiet room). The staff are exceptionally helpful and willing to provide recommendations for restaurants and book tables. The rooms are comfortable and have everything you need.
Be aware that the rooms are on the First Floor, up a steep flight of stairs. The receptionist will come and help with your luggage but if you have mobility problems, this location would not be ideal.
Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, wszędzie blisko. Butikowy uroczy hotel, sanitariaty nowe czyste, w pokoju czysto. Bardzo troskliwy i pomocny personel. Możliwość zamówienia śniadania do pokoju na umówioną godzinę. Śniadania francuskie - głównie na słodko, smaczne. Kawa i woda dostępna bez ograniczeń. Dodatkowo w holu woda z cytryną i pomarańczą dla ochłody. W pokoju mini kuchnia, lodówka. Wszystko co potrzeba.
Dodałbym opcję jajek na śniadanie. Poza tym rewelacja.
We loved our stay, the room and facilities were really good. We liked the water fountain in reception and refillable carafe in our room. There were nice touches like fruit in reception and things you could borrow for on the beach.
The beds were really comfy and a good pillow selection.
It was quite noisy with sound coming from other guests. Maybe a little overpriced!

Nothing to dislike
First off, there are 30 plus steps when you arrive and no one to help you with your luggage. I am on a cane, nowhere on the website does it say 30 plus steps to get to the lobby and there is no elevator. So I had to wrestle two big suitcases and two backpacks up the stairs. The room is cute, I would say kitchy on the way to hullabaloo. Not necessarily my style. There is a miniscule kitchenette which I can't believe is useful to many. That space could be used for luggage and full size closet. My suitcase was sprawled on the floor. My husband had to open his suitcase when he needed something as there was no other room available. Very little room to hang anything and the rod isn't deep enough so the hangers stick out. They asked me multiple times if I actually needed cleaning everyday, The answer is yes I'm paying $400 a night I want my room cleaned, change of towels and linens. I paid extra for a balcony, you can't see out as the chairs are too short why they don't have counter or bar stools is a mystery to me also the AC unit is out on the balcony so if the AC is running you're in a wind tunnel. The location was pretty good, although I couldn't care less about going to the gallery de Lafayette which is a half a block away. Didn't come to France to go to the mall. All in al It was okay. I wouldn't stay there again.
