La proximité avec la plage, la piscine et le petit dej.

Cons:

Nous sommes arrivées le jour de la finale de la coupe du monde, le match était pourtant terminé, cependant, nous avons dérangé la personne à l’accueil ce soir là. Nous avons été reçu avec des soupir. Nous ne parlons pas espagnol et nous avons compris que cela n’était pas bien vu par cette personne. Très dommage d’avoir ce ressenti dès le début du séjour. Les reste du personnel était très aimable et souriant.

Das Essen ist sehr hervorzuheben, alles war frisch und geschmacklich sehr gut sei es Frühstück, Mittag an der Poolbar oder das Abendbuffet, die Auswahl war immer ausreichend und geschmackvoll angerichtet.

Das Hotel ist generell schon in die Jahre gekommen grade Poolbereich und Zimmer, der SPA Bereich ist jedoch sehr schön und modern gestaltet.

Das Personal an der Rezeption und abends im Restaurant waren sehr nett und bemüht.

Ingesamt ein schöner Aufenthalt mit ein paar Abstrichen.

Cons:

Leider ist das Personal mittags an der Poolbar nicht so bemüht gewesen, es waren obwohl nicht viel los war an den Tischen immer enorme Wartezeiten, einen mittag hat es über 2 Stunden gedauert bis wir unsere Getränke Essens aufnahme und Speisen erhalten haben, haben mehrfach nach gefragt ob wir bestellen können und wieder kam lange keiner, leider waren die Kellner dort auch nicht sehr freundlich was sehr schade ist da der Rest sehr bemüht war.

Pros:

Gostei muito da simpatia dos empregados... Não tem preço ser tratado assim!!!!! Comida excelente e fresca.
O hotel está sempre perfumado e limpo.
Um hotel muito calmo, sem barulho.

Cons:

Infelizmente não gostei dos preços das bebidas ao jantar! Poderiam colocar os sumos do pequeno almoço, pois já pagamos taxas de impostos!

Pros:

La cercanía a la playa, que disponga de parking, el buffet de desayuno muy bien, la simpatía del personal. La cocina estaba muy completa con todo lo necesario, y una botella de agua grande de cortesía.

Cons:

Tiene carencias para ser un hotel de 4 estrellas. Entiendo que es antiguo y no puede ser todo perfecto. El baño es lo único que está reformado, las puertas aún son de aglomerado, en el baño no hay espejito extensible para poder maquillarse, el secador de pelo es de los antiguos, en los amenities sólo hay un jabon de manos y un bote rellenable de gel/champú. Ni gorrito de ducha, ni peine, ni palillos de algodón, que es lo normal encontrar en 4 estrellas. El camino a los apartamentos a través del jardin de la piscina está completamente a oscuras, deben poner luz ahí.

Fint rum med havsutsikt, söt liten balkong.

Cons:

Glasdörr med stora glipor in till badrummet, det kunde vi inte läsa oss till i förväg. Det drar tyvärr ner vårt betyg.

Może być, choć na 4 gwiazdki spodziewałam się więcej.
Pros:

Pokoje ładne, wygodne, łazienka również, komfortowy balkon do każdego pokoju. Śniadania dobre, każdy może wybrać coś dla siebie. Sympatyczne i pomocne panie sprzątające pokoje.

Cons:

Małe zastrzeżenia do drzwi łazienkowych szklane ze szparami, nie zapewniające prywatności użytkownikowi. Na śniadaniu przedpotopowe dzbanki plastikowe do soków, niewygodne do nalewania, załoga hotelu zwracająca się do wszystkich w języku niemieckim, brak na terenie hotelu automatu z wodą lub ciepłymi napojami, dostępne w innych już 3 gwiazdkowych hotelach, czystość wody w basenie - spa nie zachęcała do korzystania.
