Якщо в готелі тільки ночувати, варіант дуже хороший. Бо для мене головне було - чисто, з цим було добре.
Pros:

Розташування чудове: 4 хвилини до залізничного вокзалу, поряд центральна вулиця з різними магазинами. Зупинка трамваю теж недалеко. Постіль була чистою і в принципі кімната теж чиста. Приємний персонал. Якщо плануєте в готелі тільки спати, варіант хороший.

Cons:

Інтернет - дуже поганий і часто зникав зовсім, користувалася роумінгом. Будівля стара, звукоізоляція погана (проживала на 4 поверсі, зверху, як розумію, звичайні квартири). Над моїм номером 42 була чутна життєдіяльність мабуть старого чоловіка. Старий ремонт, подекуди треба підремонтувати, покрасити. Туалет дуже маленький, якщо сидіти на унітазі, коліна будуть в коридорі 😁. Душ також маленький, людям з вагою 70+ кг буде тіснувато. З вулиці також багато шуму всю нічь, бо центральне розташування готелю дає як плюс, так і мінус. Щоб заснути треба було закрити вікна, але все одно чутно. Кондиціонер треба почистити, спробувала включити, з кондиціонеру пішов поганий запах.

Good for a short visit
Pros:

The hotel was in a central location quite close to a train station and about 15 mins from the tram to the airport. It was clean and quite comfortable. The shower room was quite big but the tray was very low and despite shower curtains water leaked all over the floor. The shower itself was a hand held one and a overhead and had a decent flow.

Cons:

It was a bit odd that the toilet tissue roll was directly above the toilet which meant you had to twist right behind to get it. It was a shame there was no kettle and cups etc in the room. I gather this might be normal for France but I did miss being able to make my morning cuppa before getting up and dressed, and had to go out for one.

Would probably not stay here again, I’d look for something a little closer to the beach
Pros:

The location was great, a short walk to the main strip and tram stop

Cons:

The bathroom was too small, shower was tiny. Sheets not changed during our stay, only towels replaced .

Enjoyed Nice, trip to Eze and Monaco was a stand out.

Tv not working, to be fair I didn’t ask for it to be looked at as didn’t really bother me. Small fridge and kettle would make a great addition, again not a big deal.

Estadia excelente!
Pros:

A acomodação é exatamente como nas fotos! O quarto é bem espaçoso, sempre com toalhas limpas, roupas de cama limpas e todos os dias limpavam o quarto e trocavam as toalhas! O recepcionista muito solícito, simpático e pronto a nos ajudar. A localização é excelente!! Fica próximo da estação de trem, avenida principal com lojas, bares e perto de tudo!

Hotel comodo in zona centrale
Pros:

Ottima posizione in zona centrale, staff molto gentile, cordiale e disponibile. Ottima anche la pulizia delle camere.

Cons:

La nota negativa di questo soggiorno è stata la porta del bagno; nonostante il bagno fosse nuovo e ristrutturato da poco, la porta del bagno non si chiudeva. Era una porta scorrevole che non si poteva bloccare in nessun modo. Peccato perchè per il resto la camera era perfetta. Migliorerei inoltre il wifi, che non funzionava e la colazione, abbastanza povera in base al prezzo pagato.
