Pros:

chambre spacieuse et calme, grand écran, salle de bain refaite, lit confortable, situé en face de la gare et de Nice Etoile,

choix important de restaurants aux alentours immédiat

Cons:

se garer au parking de la gare ( à 350m) mais cela est plus une information qu'un défaut

Todo en general: el personal fue muy amable durante toda la estancia, fácil acceso, buena ubicación (solo a unos metros de la estación Nice-Ville, líneas de bus y tranvía), las habitaciones eran según lo esperado.

Pros:

Very nice hotel, fully renovated. Location perfect, few steps to the tram and train station of Nice-Ville. Also close to all the shops. The standard double room was spacious, fully equiped. And the staff was so helpful. They allowed us to have a late check-out. This hotel deserves more than 2 stars rating.

Cons:

There s only one thing we didnt like, it doesnt have a refrigerator so we can put our bottle of waters. And the AC turns off by itself by night, maybe because of the new inverter system.
