Odama banyodan gelen bir fare vardı, banyoda yaşamaya devam ediyor, çarşaflar lekeliydi, ilk gün klima çalışmadı resepsiyona ertesi gün söyledim klimayı çalıştırdılar, otelin olanaklarına göre fiyatı yüksekti. / A mouse was entering the room through the bathroom and remained in the bathroom throughout my stay. The bedsheets were stained, which was unacceptable. The air conditioning did not work on the first day; after I reported it to reception the following day, it was fixed. Overall, the hotel was overpriced for the quality of its facilities and amenities.

Position of the hotel. Near train, tram and bus station, pedestrian street, Old town....breakfast was great.
Jesteśmy zachwyceni pobytem w tym hotelu. Lokalizacja jest rewelacyjna – tuż przy dworcu i przy głównej, handlowej ulicy prowadzącej prosto do morza. Dla każdego, kto lubi tętniące życiem, ścisłe centrum miasta, to miejsce będzie strzałem w dziesiątkę!
Pokój, który otrzymaliśmy, był niezwykle czysty, codziennie sprzątany i wyposażony w bardzo wygodne łóżko. Na szczególny plus zasługuje łazienka – po gruntownym remoncie, pachnąca świeżością, nowoczesna i bardzo ładna. Codzienne śniadania były pyszne i zawsze świeże, a cała obsługa hotelu niezwykle miła, pomocna i serdeczna. W budynku znajduje się oczywiście winda, co jest dużym udogodnieniem.
Jedynym drobnym minusem był brak balkonu w naszym pokoju (mimo że znajdował się w ofercie), jednak wysoki komfort wnętrza, czystość i ogólny standard w zupełności nam to zrekompensowały i nie stanowiło to dla nas większego problemu. Z czystym sercem polecamy ten hotel!

Изночально было 4 полотенца, иногда оставалось только 2.
Капсулы для кофемашины то появлялись, то нет.
Очень не хватало полотенца для ног в ванной комнате.
De locatie is erg goed. Het zit naast het station, en aan het begin van de grote winkelstraat. Het is wel een eindje lopen naar de zee, maar prima te doen.
Parkeren moet in de parkeergarage verderop. Als je veel bagage mee moet slepen kan dat wat lastiger zijn (in zo'n drukke stationsstraat). Hou rekening met ~20 euro per dag parkeren.
L'accueil, le personnel, la propreté de la chambre et le petit déjeuner très efficace
Les lumières en tête de lit ne fonctionnait pas, donc que la grosse lumière central puissante fonctionnait. Trop forte pour la soirée donc nous avons éteint toute la soirée. La chasse d'eau ne fonctionnait pas, car la tirette été décrochée . Nous avons mal dormis compte tenue du bruit extérieur.

The location of the hotel is perfect! We only need two minutes to get to the Central station, and if you want to go to the beach, you need to work around 15 minutes
I’m not sure why is why the hotel should pay when we reached the hotel. I thought it should be paid online is my credit card.

В оголошенні написано, що є паркінг, за який може зніматися додаткова плата, паркінг є на залізничному вокзалі, до якого 5 хвилин пішки, але з 19 до 10 ранку ми заплатили 41 євро, це найдорожчий паркінг, який ми заплатили. На рецепції дівчина не хотіла пояснювати, де паркінг, як до нього дістатися, а просто сказала, що він на вокзалі. Ми, іноземці, які перший раз в місті, нічого не знаємо, почали самі шукати. На прохання допомоги, дівчина повторювала одне і то саме. У мене не високий рівень англійської, дівчина говорила дуже швидко, і коли бачила, що я не все можу зрозуміти, просто повторювала одну і ту саму фразу, без уточнення, з байдужістю в очах. Після нас прийшов наступний гість, якому теж важко було з англійською, дівчина поводилась так само як і з нами. Дуже не приємно. Шкода, що готель досить добрий, але через працівника знижується оцінка. Двері на балкон були зламані.
