Really good place to stay in Nice!
Pros:

Very good and comfortable location, lots of restaurants, shops are around. Easy to reach the sea and other popular destinations. Very good and tasty breakfast. Comfortable bed.

Cons:

There could be some kind of drying board since during summer there is no place where to dry your swimsuits.

Tb placé.tout est à proximité.Personnel adorable et accueillant.Bonne clim et énormément de services gratuits à disposition (parasol, bouteille d'eau, sirops,citronnade ......

Cons:

Gros problème d'insonorisation ( du jamais vu dans un hôtel) plus un cafard mort dans la chambre : intolérable...... malgré le fait que la chambre semblait propre....

Lage, Service und Ausstattung top
Pros:

Klein und hellhörig. Damit würde man eigentlich nicht zufrieden sein. Die Vorteile überwiegen jedoch m.E. Die Lage: 5-7min fussläufig zur Promenade und sehr zentral auf Höhe des Neptunbrunnens. Wasser, Kaffee und Badeutensilien kostenlos als quasi Flatrate. Diesen Vorteil habe ich häufig genutzt. Frühstück war auch anbei. Zur Hauptsaison auch ein nicht zu unterschätzender Vorteil. Die Galerie lafayette ist direkt gegenüber. Schicke Sachen ratzfatz umgekleidet. Mein Motorrad stand auch über eine Woche draußen sicher, aufgrund der gut einsichtigen und bevölkerten Lage. Polizeipräsenz auch gegeben. Fazit: klein aber oho! Ich würde wieder kommen.

Cons:

Klein und hellhörig. Reinigungskräfte zur Mittagszeit bis 15uhr mit der größten Hitze draußen, lärmend im 4. Stock rumwerkelnd.

Réservation de dernière minute. Belle surprise car très bien placé.

Établissement très bien situé. Accueil chaleureux. Mis à disposition boissons fraîches à l’accueil dans le respect de l’environnement. Petit déjeuner varié. Personnel agréable et discret.
