Good value , friendly and clean hotel
Pros:

We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. It was very clean, and the staff were all friendly and helpful throughout our holiday.

The seafront balcony was lovely, with beautiful views and a relaxing atmosphere. The hotel is about a 20–30 minute walk from town, but because it is located along the seafront, the walk was easy and felt very safe, even at night.

Although the hotel is close to busy roads, it was surprisingly quiet during the night, which made for a comfortable and peaceful stay.

Pros:

Perfect to find a small hotel in Nice. Not too far to walk to the old town and harbour. Breakfast on the terrace was great - and warm enough in May. Cycles were kept securely indoors.

Ottima posizione fronte mare, vicino al tram, stanza adeguata, bagno grande e pulito.
Pros:

La dimensione della stanza andava benissimo per due persone, il bagno era grande, nuovo e con una grande doccia. In generale sembrava tutto molto pulito. Abbiamo solo avuto un problema con la ventola del bagno che non si spegneva mai, ma abbiamo ugualmente dormito molto bene. Albergo proprio di fronte al mare, era molto bello la mattina uscire e respirare il profumo di mare. Non abbiamo usufruito della colazione, ma comunque la mattina si sentiva un ottimo profumo di cornetti. Il personale mi è sembrato molto carino e disponibile, nonostante le interazioni siano state praticamente al momento del check in e check out. Lo consiglio e ci ritornerei. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo
