Pros:

Very good breakfast, but tiny breakfast room.
Perfect location not far from square Massena and Beau Rivage beach. Cute little balcony.

Cons:

The hotel is in urgent need of renovation, our room was literally falling apart. On the other hand I do hope they keep the charming staircase as it is.

Pros:

Дуже приємний готель! Привітний, уважний і доброзичливий персонал завжди готовий допомогти. Зупиняюся тут уже не вперше, і щоразу залишаюся задоволена. Чудове розташування — усе необхідне знаходиться поруч, до моря 7хв, що робить перебування ще комфортнішим.

Location is great but the room was disappointing
Pros:

Location. 10 min walk from the promenade, close to shops, restaurants and the train station. if you dont plan on driving this is the perfect spot. Staff at the reception was very polite and helpful.

Cons:

the room was very old, probably not renovated for years. there was a putrid smell of cigarettes and probably mold. the doors would get stuck, the fridge didnt work, the TV didnt work, the shower was so tiny that even i (5'5 and 110 lbs) barely fit. the walls are paper thin, we could hear all our noisy neighbors even though we asked for a quiet room. the hotel needs a major upgrade, it was ridiculously overpriced for what it was.

La ubicación fabulosa. El personal muy agradable. El tamaño de la habitación (habitación superior). Nos regalaron dos días de desayuno.

Cons:

La limpieza de la habitación no era total: había mucho polvo acumulado en parte superior del ropero y colillas en la parte exterior de la ventana del cuarto baño . Se nos acabaron los pañuelos de papel y no los repusieron. La tele anticuada: no tenía YouTube o Netflix ni tampoco canales españoles. El desayuno caro en una habitación diminuta. Había poca luz en el cuarto de baño.

Personalet var veldig hyggelig og profesjonell spesielt Marius
Hotellet ligger veldig sentralt men i rolig område og det er gå avstand til butikker, strand, trikk og tog .Vi kommer gjerne tilbake til.

Zentrale Lage - alles sehr gut zu Fuß zu erreichen

Cons:

Das Zimmer zum Hinterhof war in keinster Weise sein Geld wert -über den lüftungsanlagen-die Klimaanlage war sehr sehr alt - nur zum schlafen geeignet

Ein Teil der Zimmer waren sehr muffig und feucht. Sie Klimaanlage war total verschmutzt - eine Virenschleuder.

Room 408 The toilet was like a small phone box , the pillows were very hard , had fridge but no water supplied no shampoo or conditioner the shower was very small above bath and went hot and cold randomly all and all very poor value for money

Pros:

Zeer goed gelegen en bijzonder vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Erg lekker ontbijt en voor de prijs ruime kamer. Zeer gemakkelijker regeling met een parkeergarage in de buurt.

Cons:

Er wordt gevraagd om je sleutel altijd aan de balie achter te laten maar toen we zeiden dat we dat liever niet deden, was dat geen enkel probleem. Dus ook dat viel mee. Misschien wat zachte bedden maar dat is voor iedereen anders natuurlijk.
