性价比很高，到哪里都方便。
Pros:

离nice villa站步行可达，离尼斯的轨道车也很近，去老城很方便。走去海边二十分钟，前台可以借海滩伞，但是没有沙滩巾。酒店前台的小伙子热情友善，我们离开那天寄存行李在酒店，忘记了首饰盒在房间，回来取行李的时候保洁员已经交到前台了。非常感谢。酒店旁边不远的鱼市场，生蚝非常赞。

Cons:

没有电梯，大件行李搬起来有点辛苦。我们房间卫生间换气扇启动时会发出巨大噪音。

Perfect . Loved our stay at this hotel and recommend to anyone. Nice is a beautiful city ,
Pros:

Location , the hotel was a street away from the train station, and the main shopping street . The promenade was a good 15mins walk which was not a bother to us . The staff were very welcoming and very helpful . The room was basic but filled our requirements for a 4 night stay .

Cons:

There wasn’t anything I didn’t like

Das Hotel war insgesamt in Ordnung. Die Zimmer waren sauber und der Aufenthalt war angenehm. Leider sind die Parkmöglichkeiten eine absolute Katastrophe. Es gibt viel zu wenige Parkplätze, sodass die Parkplatzsuche sehr mühsam ist. Wer mit dem Auto anreist, sollte dafür ausreichend Zeit einplanen. Aufgrund der schlechten Parksituation würde ich das Hotel nur eingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Good value for money in a quiet Nice neighbourhood
Pros:

The room was clean and quite spacious, with AC, minibar and a nice little balcony. Good value for money in Nice, and a short walk from the train station and Promenade des Anglais through the minitunnel. Close to a supermarket and bus/tram stations, on a relatively quiet street. The staff was also able to provide luggage storage before check-in/after check-out.

Cons:

I arrived just one hour before check-in, on a very hot and humid July afternoon, and when I asked if the room might be ready, I was told I'd have to pay for early check-in (30 EUR for one hour...). The property does not have an elevator (though the young man at reception offered to help with my luggage). The hairdryer didn't work for me, it only blew cold air and it was hung up so high on the wall, on a barely extensible cord, that made it very difficult to use.

Адміністратор та персонал щиро намагалися зробити наше перебування максимально комфортним.
Прекрасне та зручне розташування в 5 хв. від вокзалу, якщо плануєте їздити до Монако, Канн, тощо. 20 хв. до моря. Майже у центрі міста. Поруч багато магазинів як продуктових, так і різного призначення.

Good enough for the price and location
Pros:

Good working AC in the room, clean

Cons:

No elevator and our room was on the third floor,
The concierge asked our room number everytime we went in and out of the hotel, not a big deal at all just not sure what the reason was and if it’s a security concerns there might be better solutions than to ask every passing guest to provide the room number.
