Quarto espaçoso, nem estávamos à espera de ser tão bom. Funcionários muito simpáticos e prestáveis pedimos para deixar as malas tanto no check in e check out e foi tudo ok. Bom pequeno almoço ao contrário do que vi nos comentários, não tinha muita variedade mas tinha o essencial e muito saboroso, a funcionária ainda nos veio oferecer mais. Embora é numa zona movimentada não ouvimos barulhos. Localização excelente, ótima relação qualidade preço.

Wonderful place in Nice!
Pros:

Very clean and comfortable and spacious enough for the 3 beds. The location to the train station was very convenient and only a 15 minute walk to the beach and to the Chagall museum.

Pros:

Great location 2 mins from train station, 10 mins from Jean Medecin tram station using trams 2 and 3. Guy at reception was very friendly. Rooms were all modern and functional.

Cons:

It was not a good breakfast as described. Coffee was undrinkable, it would be better to put out Nescafe instant sachets, if you can't provide decent coffee. Croissants and pain au chocolate were excellent but bread tasted like last night's bread, very disappointing in France
