La propreté des chambres. Le très bon accueil. Accès facile aux transports. Centre ville accessible à pied. Plage à 15 minutes à pied.
Equipements parfois un peu vétustes (surtout dans la salle de bain). Les environs de la gare pas toujours sécurisé.
Un peu de bruit dans la rue.

Brilliant location, a 2 minute walk from the train station and close to lots of restaurants and shopping. The lady on reception was so friendly and welcoming and she also asked if we had a nice stay and wished us a bon voyage on departure. Thankfully we had air conditioning in our room. The room was small but perfect for our needs, ideal for a one or two night stay. We had breakfast for €8 which included cereal, fresh baguette, croissants, pain au chocolat, tea, coffee and orange juice, well worth it.
It would be great to have bigger towels in the bathroom.

Great location near the train station, small but very clean room with all necessities, friendly staff and possibility to store luggage after check-out.
The location of the hotel is good - it is just outside Nice Saint Augustin station and around 1.5 Km from the Promenade de Anglais. The staff of the hotel were friendly and helpful and allowed me a hassle free check in, even though I reached pretty late, around 10:30 pm at night. The room was very quiet and there was no disturbance from the outside streets.
The room was a bit stuffy and smelt a bit musty. I had to keep the AC on all the time. Also, I felt it a bit overpriced, though I don't know whether this was because of the peak tourist season or not. An electric kettle in the room would be a great addition. Also, there should be a soap holder in the washroom to keep the body wash sachets.
Séjour décevant sur le plan de la transparence tarifaire et de la gestion du dossier. Un supplément de 286 € nous a été facturé après modification de réservation, sans qu’un justificatif clair du tarif public appliqué au moment concerné ne nous soit communiqué, malgré nos demandes répétées.
Nous avons également regretté le manque de considération dans les échanges, avec des réponses peu professionnelles et aucun effort réel pour apporter une explication documentée. Dans ce type de situation, on attend au minimum de la transparence, de la clarté et un traitement respectueux du client.
A equipe do hotel foi muito simpática. O quarto estava bem organizado e limpo. A localização foi ótima, há poucos minutos de caminhada de mercados, trem e Place Massena. Foi possível guardar as malas após o check out para aguardarmos o voo.
