La posizione e' ottima, lo staff gentilissimo.

La camera che ci hanno riservato era troppo piccola. Abbiamo soggiornato in tre con un bimbo di 4 anni che non aveva il suo spazio. Pur volendo prenotare la culla e/o portarla non c'era lo spazio sufficinete nella stanza. Eppure, al momento della prenotazione, ho precisato che eravamo in tre, due adulti e un bimbo di 4 anni. Inoltre uno dei piedi della rete del letto era rotto. Nella sala dove abbiamo fatto la colazione non c'era nessuno del personale, e non e' stato possibile prendere un caffe', ne' un cappuccino. . . le basi della colazione italiana.

Accogliente, pulito con personale unico per cortesia e gentilezza.
Pros:

Quando si viaggia si cerca il comfort e il primo comfort è dato dal personale. L'assistenza ottenuta a 360 gradi prima e durante l'arrivo sono state eccezionali, DAMIAN ci ha aiutato in tutti i sensi anche se erano passate le 23.
Al mattino per la colazione LAURA è stata molto accogliente. Non posso che essere felice di aver soggiornato in questo hotel, in posizione strategica, estremamente pulito e confortevole. Lo raccomando caldamente.

Pros:

Nous avons apprécié la climatisation en cette période très chaude. Le lit était aussi confortable. Le débit de la douche était bien. La chambre était grande ainsi que la salle de bain. Malgré le fait que le bâtiment est dans une rue passante nous n'en entendions pas le bruit.

Cons:

Il y avait énormément de moustiques, je pense qu'ils pourraient utiliser différents moyens pour en réduire le nombre pour le confort des clients. Nous entendions par contre le bruit dans les couloirs et la chambre adjacente, le confort dépend donc de vos voisins. La chambre aurait pu être plus propre à notre goût. Et il manque un peu de prises d'un côté du lit.

In pieno centro di Pisa, bella struttura. Assolutamente non raffazzonata. Molto pulita . Personale molto gentile, soprattutto la signora Laura II

Good experience
Pros:

The location is perfect, close to everything!
There was an elevator which was lovely, ante the staff was good! Also the AC was working!

Cons:

The tap was not working properly, but I was ready for it because I read some other comments before booking.
With some slight upgrade of the amenities in the room it would be 10/10
