In the heart of the city without a decent shower
Pros:

Very central location, ideal for seeing all the sights and feeling in the heart of the city.
Air conditioning, a definite plus in the heat.

Cons:

There was no hot water!! This was pointed out to the staff soon after arrival but not explained nor remedied. With the temperature and humidity level so high, not being able to have decent shower made our stay uncomfortable.

One morning no water and no hot water for 2 days asked the morning receptionist what was happening and she was quite abrupt! And she was going between reception during breakfast, having to wait for coffee and cold meats that were advertised

Cons:

L’hotel è in un’ottima posizione, ma purtroppo l’esperienza è stata deludente. Al nostro arrivo la camera era piena d’acqua sul pavimento perché era stata appena lavata. La stanza era molto piccola e il bagno era poco fornito: la doccia era rotta, il fondo del WC era molto sporco, gli asciugamani erano sporchi e l’acqua della doccia era fredda. La prima notte siamo rimasti anche senza luce in camera, creando parecchi disagi. Inoltre, il portarotolo della carta igienica non c’era nemmeno dove appoggiarla.

La posizione è ottima, la stanza era abbastanza pulita ed era indubbiamente silenziosa. Il personale cortese.

Cons:

È un hotel dimesso, con scarsa attenzione per l'arredo e i dettagli. È molto usurato.
Avrebbe bisogno di un buon restauro.
Il rapporto qualità prezzo non è ottimale, si giustifica solo per la posizione... ma sorge il dubbio che non basti.

Lo staff disponibile e cordiale, bravissimo tutti. Camera comoda, con aria condizionata efficiente. Ottima posizione

Cons:

La colazione. Molto scarsa e deludente, prodotti preconfezionati e di scarsa qualità, insufficiente assortimento. Mancanza di parcheggio convenzionato, molto caro quello custodito nelle vicinanze.

si poteva vedere la Torre di Pisa dalla terazza della sala colazione, ma anche le stanza a me assegnata aveva una terrazza da dove si vedeva piazza dei Miracoli

La colazione era sotto le miei aspettative, l'hotel non ha una cucina, quindi c'è un piccolo buffet di dolci, la, sala non ha una persona addetta alla colazione, quindi la ragazza che è in reception deve salire a preparare caffè, cappuccino per gli ospiti su richiesta.

La ubicación muy buena, la atención del personal excelente y la habitación bastante limpia y ordenada, muy cómoda para dormir.

Cons:

No se puede reservar el taxi con ellos, necesitabamos que nos fueran a buscar en la madrugada para ir al aeropuerto, nos sugirieron una aplicación local, pero no funciona...
Al final nos tuvimos que ir a pie hasta el aeropuerto con un niño de 3 años
