Location was really good, close to many restaurants, the tower of Pisa and the botanical gardens.

A good value for a short stay, close to main attractions.
Pros:

The location is perfect for visiting Piazza dei Miracoli and the Torre, just few minutes walking. The hotel is in a street with many services (bars, restaurants, ATM, markets).

Cons:

The day before my booking, I received a call from the hotel owner. He told me that the hotel was overbooked and asked me for cancelling my reservation, although it was confirmed and already paid. I was quite surprised and asked for being notified via Booking.com. I then called Booking.com call center, which contacted the hotel immediately and then confirmed the reservation. I found the situation quite unpleasant and unprofessional.
The location can be quite noisy, given the central position.
The breakfast is pretty basic and it took a while for being served, since the staff member was busy at the reception at the same time.

Wonderful stay in the heart of Pisa
Pros:

The location was fantastic very close to the cathedral, the facilities were good and staff very helpful

Cons:

There was no tea/coffee in the room as stated on the description but staff were very helpful in the morning they made a drink for us

Spacious and Very Clean rooms
Pros:

All the staff at reception was helpful, room was ready on arrival and the quality of the rooms was top and spacious and a stones throw away from the Leaning Tower of Pisa.

Pros:

Отель расположен в самом историческом центре и это супер пару минут к достопримечательностям! С балкона через дорожку ботанический сад ! Разные ресторанчики и магазины сразу как выходишь с отеля . Хороший персонал , нам помогли и забронировали такси на день отъезда в аэропорт , Огромное Спасибо!

Cons:

Старый ремонт , но это нам не мешало) все хорошо.

Struttura obsoleta e poco curata.
Pros:

La posizione centrale e vicina ai luoghi turistici, la cortesia del personale.

Cons:

Camera piccola, vecchia e fatiscente. Colazione scarna e di bassa qualità. Camera rumorosa a causa dello scarso isolamento acustico verso la strada.

Ottima posizione, Staff cordiale e camera pulita e recentemente ristrutturata (con qualcosina da finire di sistemare come tende e zanzariera).

Cons:

Il rapporto qualità prezzo ... Ritengo di aver pagato un po' troppo .
