Diesmal ist der Satz nicht dahergesagt: Wir kommen wieder!!!
Pros:

Wir waren mit einer Gruppe von 9 lustigen Herren (Juni 2026) vor Ort und haben die Zeit im Hotel sehr genossen. Besonders die Dachterrasse mit Pool und vermutlich bestem Blick der ganzen Playa war einmalig! Besonders möchten wir uns bei Torres und Miriam an der Rezeption bedanken. Es wurde kurz vor Abreise noch ein Wohnungsschlüssel im Hotelzimmer gefunden und sofort via whatsapp informiert. DANKE!
Wer also ein tolles Hotel auf "Malle" sucht, welches nicht im Zentrum des Geschehns, aber fussläufig bis zum Balneario 6 liegt, ist hier genau richtig!!!

Wir hatten wirklich nichts auszusetzen!

Would maybe stay again but overall beautiful stay
Pros:

Rooms were comfy and the balcony was a nice touch!

Cons:

the only issue was the elevators. They were incredibly slow or wouldnt stop on our floor a lot of the time since so many people were going in and out.

Rund um für einen Kurzurlaub mit Strandnähe kurzer Weg vom Flughafen zum Hotel. In Ordnung immer wieder mal gerne
Pros:

Uns hat an der Unterkunft gefallen, dass sie super Strandnah war. Zwei Pools hatte, immer genügend freie Sonnenliegen, Frühstück war super sehr reichhaltig für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei, Personal super freundlich, Wir hatten nur Frühstück gebucht. Abendessen hatten wir nicht gebucht, weil wir etwas flexibel bleiben wollten, aber das Angebot vom Abendessen war, was wir mitbekommen haben auch sehr gut

Cons:

Das leider die Zimmer, vom Geruch her nicht besonders angenehm waren. Es roch immer sehr nach Kloake, da wissen wir nicht genau, was das Problem ist.

Poor service and lack of care
Pros:

Poor service at reception and maintenance when asked for help we asked for aircon to be fixed and they stuck a stick in electric point I do have a picture , I then got electrocuted by the hairdryer and when reported the reception staff were not helpful at all , the restaurant staff we’re ignorant and unfriendly , we were put in hotel by British airways when our flight was cancelled the hotel staff just seemed to find this inconvenient and treated us all very abruptly and didn’t seem to like that we were there , the restaurant service was appalling and so was the maintenance staff and when trying to speak to reception they just didn’t seem bothered at all I would never stay here again under any circumstances and have advised a friend to change her hotel

Perfekte Basis für einen feinen Urlaub
Pros:

Frühstück, Buffet - sehr gut. Zimmer (seitlicher Meeresblick) funktional und gemütlich. Rooftop Bar & Pool phenomenal. Personal sehr freundlich & hilfsbereit. Lage sowieso phänomenal.

Cons:

Jammern auf hohem Niveau: die Lifte sind sehr langsam. Aber da muss man nachdenken, dass man was findet.
