Clean, roof top pool great disturbed sleep
Pros:

The roof top pool area was great the bottom pool needs investment and upgrading

Cons:

Disturbed sleep by very noisy teenagers returning from a night out. Felt like club 18 -30 hotel. We had a three year old with us. Maybe the party crowd should have been located away from families?

Наш відпочинок у цьому готелі перевершив усі очікування! З першої хвилини ми відчули щиру гостинність. Увесь персонал неймовірно привітний, уважний та завжди готовий допомогти. Завдяки вам ми почувалися як удома.

Окрема подяка за чудове привітання моєї дружини з днем народження. Це був дуже приємний і зворушливий сюрприз, який зробив нашу відпустку ще більш особливою.

Нам також дуже сподобалося, що навіть після виселення можна було залишатися на території готелю, користуватися всією інфраструктурою, прийняти душ і з комфортом дочекатися трансферу до аеропорту. Це справді турбота про гостей, яку сьогодні зустрінеш не всюди.

Їжа була просто чудовою — великий вибір, усе свіже, смачне та якісне. У готелі панує ідеальна чистота, всюди порядок, а атмосфера дуже затишна та приємна.

Щиро дякуємо всій команді за вашу працю, турботу та професіоналізм. Саме завдяки вам ця відпустка залишиться в нашій пам’яті як одна з найкращих. Ми із задоволенням повернемося сюди знову та обов’язково рекомендуватимемо ваш готель друзям і близьким.

comodo per la vicinanza a Palma e bella la vista e il lungo era proprio davanti all'hotel

le piscine e la hall

Cons:

il fatto tra il bagno e la camera non ci fosse la porta, visto i cattivi odori che provenivano dalla doccia e la colazione , un po' di bassa qualità

Ottima posizione, personale poco socievole a parte qualcuno dei ragazzi bar, se torno a Palma soggiornero altrove
Pros:

Il posto é meraviglioso, vista dallo skybar spettacolare, pulito e bus per spostarsi a Palma proprio dietro l hotel ! Sola nota dolente per un hotel che ho pagato quasi 300 euri a notte, l aria condizionata a 25 gradi centralizzata ! Ne faceva 34 in questo periodo!
