Haben kurzfrstig gebucht.Wir waren voll zufrieden.Mietwagen konnten wir gegen Gebühr am Hotel parken
Pros:

Lage direkt an der Playa de Palma. In 2 Minuten zu Fuß am Meer.
Sehr gutes Frühstücksbuffet. Auch bis zum Ende der Frühstückszeit um 10.30 Uhr sind alle Speise stetig nachgefüllt worden

Le personnel désagréable au possible.
Le fait de devoir presque s’excuser pour commander quelque chose au bar tant le personnel est désagréable et fainéant.
Le fait de devoir payer les transats sur le rooftop, c’est inadmissible !
La clientèle qui se balade torse nu dans l’hôtel, en maillot de bains et mouillés de la piscine, aucune élégance.

Pros:

The location was great 20 minutes by bus to Palma.
The hotel interior is beautiful, and there is a lovely scent as soon as you walk in. The food is okay. There is also water with orange or lemon slices available to drink in the lobby.The staff is friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The rooms are too small, and I did not like the beds. They are on wheels, which does not really suit a four-star hotel, and sometimes the bed can move away from the wall. There is also no live music.The selection of food could be better.

Hotelul este bine amplasat chiar pe plaja. Camerele sunt mici însă foarte curate . Micul dejun si cina au fost bune.Personalul dragut întotdeauna!

Nu mi-a plăcut faptul ca fumătorii sunt total exclusi... nici măcar pe terasa nu se putra fuma...la cina apa trebuia plătită...cred ca măcar o sticla per masa ar trebui sa fie inclusai...
