Comoda pero para gente joven
Pros:

Limpio. Desayuno muy bueno. Céntrico

Cons:

El baño muyyyy pequeño, apenas cabía. Para subir a la ducha un escalón de medio metro. Subir a la segunda planta a pie. No hay ascensor.

A really good find. Deserves to do well.
Pros:

The location is superb -couldn't be better. Our room was large and airy with an excellent fan for the 33+degree Celsius. Breakfast was okay for a French hotel -lots of choice of cold food Wide choice of fruit. As much coffee as you wished -sadly from a machine as is now the norm -so not the 'cafe grand' of decades ago.

Cons:

There is no lift, which we knew in advance and it didn't bother us but I could see some people struggled up the 54 steps with difficulty and their heavy luggage. (Although the desk attendant almost leapt to help anyone who needed help).
I think we made an very fortuitous choice in picking this hotel. And I honestly think that because it doesn't have public rooms and a lift and so on, that this is really a 3-star+ hotel in disguise.

Sympathisches und zentral gelegenes Hotel
Pros:

Netter und hilfsbereiter Eigentümer, gutes Frühstück, sympathisches Haus, kleine, aber saubere Zimmer.

Cons:

Die Lage ist zwar prima- man ist in wenigen Minuten an fast allen Sehenswürdigkeiten. Aber das hat auch eine Kehrseite: es ist laut, zumal man mangels Klimaanlage mit offenem Fenster schlafen muss. Gegen 6 Uhr legen legt die Straßenreinigung los, wenn man Glück hat, werden auch die Glascontainer geleert.....

gute Lage, kleines Zimmer
Pros:

Mitten im Triangle d'or gelegen. Man kommt überall schnell hin. Auch die Tram ist um die Ecke.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war schon sehr klein. Außerdem war es nachts oft laut, der Poller in der Straße vor dem Hotel machte beim Ausfahren ein ziemlich lautes metallisches Geräusch, dazu hatten wir einen Nachbarn, der ab morgens um 4 Uhr lautstark bei offenen Fenster Fernsehen schaute ( da kann das Hotel natürlich nichts dafür). Es gibt keinen Aufzug, das wird in unserem Alter leider langsam zum Problem, insbesondere, wenn es Koffer zu transportieren gilt (der Betreiber hat uns aber dankenswerterweise geholfen, als wir ankamen, die Koffer nach oben zu bringen.)
