Posizione centralissima in una via molto elegante con tanti negozi ed una bellissima libreria nelle vicinanze. A due passi dalla Cattedrale, da molti locali e dalla fermata del tram, anche per l'aeroporto. Staff gentilissimo e che si fa in quattro per aiutare. Buona la colazione anche se essenziale.

Cons:

Mi è stata assegnata una camera al quarto piano senza ascensore con scale molto ripide. Ho dovuto chiedere aiuto per portare su la valigia. La stanza ha moquette dappertutto e purtroppo, è piena di polvere. Io sono allergica agli acari della polvere ed ho avuto una terribile reazione allergica. Pur essendo un Hotel, non ha l'aria condizionata, ma solo una pala a soffitto che ha reso difficile dormire nelle calde notti di luglio.

Stanze soffocanti dal caldo,no aria,no frigo. Molto rumoroso Nota positiva la posizione centrale.

Comodissima per visitare il centro città.

Cons:

Camera caldissima,in questi giorni di giugno insopportabilmente calda! No aria condizionata,un semplice ventilatore vicino alla finestra esposta sulla via rumorosa tutta notte causa passanti,tram e pulizie. Dormire un miraggio.

Ghastly, horrible..

Nothing, the place is a dump. In 38 degree temperatures in Bordeaux, the hotel had no airconditioning. It was Hell.... we left immediately, although the conceirge was kind enough to use our payment to secure an airconditioned room at a sister hotel, not far from the original hotel. It was extremely stressful situation as we have been travelling for 10 hours. We were very angry.

See above. All 'modern' hotels should have airconditioning, particularly in hot countries in the Summer! It was 38 degrees....unbearable and I would say dangerous for anyone with health issues.

As far as I can see, no-where in the advertising for the hotel did it NOT say it was not airconditioned.

Es verdad que estuvimos durante la ola de calor para ser justos y en esa zona no hay costumbre de aire acondicionado, dicho esto el calor en la habitación fue sofocante. Estábamos en un tercero, en la última planta, no había aire acondicionado, y la habitación era muy pequeña.

Le personnel est hyper agréable.
La localisation est top / L'hôtel estidealement situé pour tout faire à pied. .

Cons:

L'hôtel n'est pas climatisé. Nous étions en pleine période de canicule (43 degré). Il faisait quasiment la même température dans la chambre. Il y a quand même un gros ventilo au plafond et le personnel nous a ajouté un autre ventilo mais cela brasse uniquement l'air chaud.
