Das Hotel ist in die Jahre gkommen und sollte wieder auf einen vernüftigen Standart gebracht werden
Pros:

Die freundlichkeit und zuvorkommenheit des Personals war super. Das alleine wäre ein Grung wieder zukommen.

Cons:

1. In einem 4 Sterne Haus noch zusätzlich Gebühren für den Safe zu nehmen nicht unbedingt zuvorkommend
2. Die Dusche im Zimmer fehlen teilweise die Dichtungslitzen
3. Die Terrassen Fliesen sind teilweise brüchig und sollten mal ausgewechselt werden.
4. Die Balkontüre schließt nicht mehr richtig

就是作为四星酒店居然没有热水壶，连个像样的枕头没有，我住了三晚，第二天早上起来脖子巨疼，我住过很多酒店，从来没有这样过，冰箱也很差劲，

Hotel je na dobroj lokaciji, osoblje je jako ljubazno i susretljivo. Možete igrati golf i tenis što je super. Sobe se čiste svaki dan a dostupno je i svakodnevno mijenjanje peškira. Parking je dostupan i besplatan što je veoma bitno
Izuzetno sam zadovoljna hotelom i uslugom i definitivno ga preporučujem!.

Cons:

Bazen radi samo od 10 do 18h, bilo bi prihvatljivije da radi od 9 do 20h.
Za doručak je moguće jesti samo svinjetinu, a bilo bi dobro da ima u ponudi i piletina, puretina ili riba.

O ar condicionado é muito ruim . Tivemos
Problema é nós deram dois ventiladores , no dia seguinte consertaram mas ainda um pouco insuficiente , o quarto ficou agradável pois na semana da hospedagem a temperatura em palma saiu de 30 graus para 18 graus na madrugada .
