Location is great if you want to be centrally located in Biarritz. The rooms are very small - barely room to walk around the bed, no nightstand on one side and not enough storage/hooks. Room was very dark with the window getting almost no daylight (facing a wall). I expected slightly more for the price. That said, the hotel is cute, breakfast is good, and the staff is nice.

La ubicación, el deasyuno y la atención del personal muy buena
La pieza era muy pequeña, a penas había espacio para las maletas, además se oían descargas de agua muy fuertes todo el tiempo y habrías la ventana y había un muro, no es como en las fotos por lo menos la habitación que nos dieron.
I stayed for 2 nights in an ocean view room. View was great of the beach and ocean. Comfortable bed, best pillows I’ve had yet in Europe so that’s a bonus! Bathroom was pokey and a little difficult to manoeuvre around the toilet and shower but doable! There is a lift, it’s on old type that literally can’t fit more than 2 people at a squeeze and a little slow but definitely a bonus with luggage. The stairs are an easy way down but depending on what floor you’re on you may need the lift to go up. Breakfast was included with hot and cold options plus pastries, makes a great start to the day. My biggest issue - the WiFi! It barely works in your room. It’s great near the lift where you can see the extender and in the reception area, however go into your room and it drops out and you have to endlessly re login by going out into the hallway near the extender. Extremely frustrating for those trying to do some work in between holidaying and not really up to today’s standard. So if you rely on wifi being an international traveller, beware here. There is no bar fridge in the room, so if you buy your own wine, groceries etc. no way to keep them cool. There is also no complimentary water. The reception staff and all other staff were really friendly and helpful. It’s a great location and easy walk to the beach and around town.

Μύριζε απίστευτα η αποχέτευση κάθε φορά που τραβούσαμε νερό και ρίχναμε από το καζανάκι από το νιπτήρα σε απίστευτο βαθμό λες και ήμασταν μέσα σε ένα βούρκο
