Molto buono!
Pros:

Staff gentilissimo, ci han sempre supportato nella prenotazione dei taxi, permesso di passare la giornata in piscina oltre il check out e di fare una doccia pre partenza.
Camere accoglienti, letto comodissimo, bagno spazioso.

Cons:

Unica pecca secondo me: colazione un po’ povera, mi sarebbe piaciuta più varietà di prodotti avendola pagata a parte.

Pros:

La stanza leggermente piccola però confortevole e comoda. Il perosnale disponibile e gentile sin dal primo momento. Ci hanno dato priorità ad avere la stanza libera nonostante eravamo in anticipo per il check-in. E il giorno del compleanno del bambino ci hanno sorpresp con un succo di frutta e una bottiglia di cava per festeggiare!!! Siamo rimasti sorpresi da tutto!! Grazie!!!

Cons:

La stanza un pò piccolina. La colazione minima però comunque gustosa. Aggiungerei qualcosina in più o almeno non i succhi della machinetta.

Pros:

Staff were lovely and accommodating, sourcing some things to help make our stay more comfortable.

Cons:

The apartment had minimal supplies to use - no toaster, kettle, etc. As a family travelling with small children it wasnt really suitable, but it was fine for a few nights.

Wir schönes, modernes Hotel.
Pros:

Schöne, große und saubere Zimmer mit Balkon.
Sehr freundliches Personal. Tolles Frühstücksbuffet.
Das Hotel befindet sich in der Nähe einer Bushaltestelle.
Bis Zentrum sind es ca. 25 Fahrminuten.
Der Yachthafen ist auch nicht weit.

Personnel très accueillant et à l'écoute, notamment avec les enfants. Grande chambre agréable avec balcon. Propreté impeccable.

Cons:

Emplacement un peu excentré du centre ville. Compter 20 minutes de transport pour aller au centre historique de Palma.
