Really like the staffs, all are very friendly and helpful

The staff is super friendly, give me recommendations and was very helpful to communicate with the uber driver for me regarding my assistance dog.

there was some mosquitos in the room but I guess you can't avoid that.

Pros:

The staff were so friendly. Coffee, pastries and sweets 'on tap' in the lobby. Great location on a quiet street but near lots of restaurants and the metro.

Cons:

The bathroom door didn't close properly and the room was quite tight for three.

Superbe séjour.
Pros:

Superbe hotel, avec un accueil personnalisé et chaleureux. Les chambres sont petites mais bien aménagées et confortables. Très beau quartier, avec plusieurs boulangeries et restaurants à proximité. Les transports en commun sont accessibles à quelques minutes de marche de l'hotel.

Fantastic staff. So helpful and polite. The Hotel was fabulous. Lovely rooms and the breakfast choice and quality were second to none. Would stay jere again if ever in Lyon.
