Pros:

Wir wurden sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit empfangen. Die Lage war für uns gut, da das Hotel vom Bahnhof fußläufig erreichbar war. Das Zimmer war sehr schön eingerichtet und sehr sauber!

Cons:

Die Klimaanlage war etwas laut und das Internet ist öfter einmal abgebrochen, aber beides nicht so schlimm.

Great hotel, excellent breakfast.
Pros:

Our room was very spacious, extremely clean and well-prepared.
There was free water at our arrival, and we got a refillable water bottle that we could fill in the hotel lobby with cold water.
Soap and shampoo were provided. The bed was very comfortable.
The breakfast was also very good, with a lot of variety of sweet and savoury choices.
The location was good for us, close to the train station, and 10-minute walk from a big park.

Bon séjour pour une nuit. L’hôtel est bien situé et propre dans une rue calme.
Pros:

Localisation parfaite. Personnel très sympathique. Hôtel propre et petit déjeuner copieux et varié.

Cons:

La literie pas très confortable et notre climatisation était bruyante sûrement un petit problème de réglage à faire.

Good location in a quiet area. Welcoming & helpful staff. Lobby attractive with choice of free water/ coffees/ sweets. Bed comfortable & ac effective. Goody bag of treats in bedroom. Booked room only so cannot comment on breakfast.

Funciona muy bien
Pros:

La ubicación es, a pesar de todo, amable. El sector es tranquilo, sin ser aburrido, y si te animas a caminar puedes hacer un bonito recorrido por la ciudad. Las instalaciones están muy bien cuidadas y las cortesías, desde las botellas de agua hasta los pequeños presentes y los paraguas son bienvenidas.

Pros:

A rare find, full of enjoyable small attentions from a hand-written welcome card, to cookies, to slippers, to books in the room, to nicely scented soap and shampoo, a smiling and helpful staff who goes as far as to tempt you with extra candies at the reception. A real boutique feel, I will go back when in Lyon. Well-priced in its category.
Clean, efficient
I travel a lot and rarely leave any comment on hotels so my 9/10 is extremely good, however...

Cons:

...however the building is not pristine. I was on the 5th floor and water pressure was good enough on the evening, much better in the morning. The sink was slow to drain, but again 5th Floor in this type of building.
The A/C was noisy at times of the night but the comfy mattress got me quickly back to sleep.
The helpful staff said they will look at it so it may be solved when you go.
Apart from these structural isssues, which the great staff cannot do much about, I loved the hotel
