Important information temporary restriction:
From 9th December 2025, the hotel’s swimming pool and terrace area will be closed for approximately four weeks for a complete renovation of the terrace and landscaping of the solarium area. These improvements are part of our commitment to enhancing the comfort and experience of our guests. Although some machinery will be used, the work will be scheduled to minimize disruption. No work will take place on Christmas Day or New Year’s Day, and schedules will be adjusted to reduce the impact on guests as much as possible.
Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Admiración absoluta hacia el personal , somos 2 celiacas en mi familia y el trato para que todo saliera bien fue impresionante,muchas gracias.

Bien que l'établissement affiche une vocation internationale, j'ai constaté une barrière linguistique importante : environ 90% du personnel s'exprime exclusivement en espagnol, ce qui complique les échanges pour une clientèle étrangère. Par ailleurs, la politique tarifaire concernant les boissons manque de transparence. Contrairement aux attentes lors de la réservation, toutes les consommations sont payantes, y compris l'eau filtrée facturée. Concernant la restauration, le nom de l'établissement « Espada » laissait espérer une belle variété de produits de la mer ; or, le buffet ne propose qu'un à deux plats de poisson, le reste étant essentiellement composé de porc. Enfin, les animations de soirée restent moyennes et mériteraient d'être dynamisées (note de 5/10).Stationnement difficile gratuitement si non 16euro/nuit

This hotel has so much wasted potential due to the totally incompetent management
Wow, what a fantastic hotel. It surpassed all our expectations in every way. From check in to check out the staff were amazing and nothing was too much trouble. We had upgraded our room to a superior side sea view ( room 510 ) and I highly recommend this as a few people we spoke to had a view of a car park. It's right on the beach front and the restaurant and upstairs bar area overlooks the promenade.
Our room was cleaned daily and had fresh towels every day. We never had a problem getting a sun bed and there was lots of umbrellas as well.
Loved staying there and would highly recommend it.
