Matig hotel dat teert op ‘oude glorie’ en golfgasten.
Pros:

De locatie: vanuit de kamer heb je een prachtig zicht op de bergen en gletsjers.

Cons:

De onvriendelijkheid en vooral het minimale begrip bij de receptie. Het hotel is niet geschikt voor invaliden. Er is geen invalide parkeerplaats. Je wordt verwezen naar een parkeerterrein in de binnenstad. De oprijhelling voor rollators en rolstoelen is té steil en te smal. Ik kon er met een rollator niet zelfstandig vanaf. Mijn familie heeft me moeten helpen.

Für alle, die eine rustikale Unterkunft auf dem Niveau einer Jugendherberge wünschen, ist das Hotel eine wunderbar geleg
Pros:

Der Blick auf den Mont Blanc ist wunderschön.
Qualität des Frühstücks ist gut.

Cons:

Das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen und weniger schön, als auf den Bildern abgebildet. Wir hatten ein Superior Zimmer, doch das war sehr einfach.
In allen öffentlichen Bereichen liegt alter Teppichboden, der zumindest im Treppenbereich während unseres Aufenthaltes auch nicht gestaubsaugt wurde und entsprechend aussah.
Das Zimmer erst ab 15:00 Uhr zur Verfügung stehen ist in Ordnung, aber dass vor Punkt 15:00h noch nicht einmal die Formalitäten erledigt werden können, ist wenig gästefreundlich. Es wird lediglich eine Warteliste angelegt und ab 15:00 Uhr steht dann vor der Rezeption eine lange Schlange. Auf meine Frage hin, welche Aktivitäten in der Umgebung möglich sind, verwies man mich auf die Touristeninformation in Chamonix (!). Eine Gästekarte für diverse Vergünstigungen erhielten wir erst auf Nachfrage.
Das Badezimmer war nicht sauber (Haare in den Ecken auf dem Boden).
Bei unserem ersten Frühstück bot sich für uns im Frühstücksraum ein Bild des Schreckens. An allen Tischen, an denen keine Gäste saßen, war benutztes Geschirr und Essensreste (ca. 5 Tische). Es gab keinen freien Platz, der sauber war. Die dort tätige, freundliche Dame bemühte sich und machte uns einen Tisch zurecht, alle anderen Tische blieben aber unabgeräumt und das Procedere wiederholte sich: erst wenn neue Gäste kamen, wurde ein Tisch sauber gemacht. Vielleicht wäre es ratsam, in dem Bereich mehr Personal einzusetzen. Ich muss allerdings sagen, dass am zweiten Tag der Frühstücksraum in Ordnung war.
Der Zimmerservice kam nach 16:00 Uhr (!) und hat ganz genau 3 Minuten (!) für das Herrichten des Zimmers benötigt (Betten machen und einmal durch das Waschbecken wischen). Es wurde kein Boden gewischt, keine Dusche sauber gemacht. Es wurden auch keine benutzten Tassen und Gläser ausgewechselt. Eine so unzureichende Zimmerreinigung habe ich in meinem ganzen Leben noch nicht erlebt.

Nuits reposantes malgré la canicule

Pros:

La situation est parfaite (vue sur le golf, le mont blanc et les aiguilles de chamonix) et très calme. Les petits déjeuners sont corrects.
Un regret : les jardinières fleuries des balcons n'existent plus.

Cons:

Les prestations proposées ne sont pas à hauteur d'un 3 étoiles et ne sont pas à hauteur d'un rapport qualité/prix normal pour un tel établissement.
Nous avons séjourné 5 nuits et avons eu différents problèmes :
Le premier soir la télévision ne fonctionnait pas, le problème a été résolu le lendemain.
Les deux journées suivantes notre chambre à été entretenue, une fois à 16h30 !!!! Le jour suivant la chambre à été entretenue à 18h par l'hôtesse d'accueil de l'hôtel !!!!
Après plusieurs interventions auprès de la réception, on nous a répondu que les consignes étaient de préparer les chambres des clients qui restent une nuit, ceux qui restent plusieurs jours ne sont pas prioritaires !!!!
C'était la troisième fois que nous descendions au Labrador, la qualité des services n'est plus à la hauteur.

Sympathique
Pros:

Vue fantastique sur le Mont-Blanc, même depuis le lit et directement sur le golf, au calme et dans la verdure. Parfait. Le lit était confortable, l'hôtel est très joli, en bois, sympa.

Cons:

La baignoire et pommeau de douche mériterait une petite rénovation. La marche pour aller sur le balcon pourrait être gênante pour des personnes à mobilité plus réduite.
