Pros:

Location great, just a few blocks from city center. Staff very friendly. Room was great size for my husband and I and daughter. The room was very comfortable, very clean, beautiful views. The hotel grounds were exceptional! Loved sitting out in the garden and relaxing in the morning. I would absolutely stay here again.

Cons:

For the price, there weren't really any extras. Even to hold our luggage while trekking the TMB and returning to the hotel there was an extra charge. Only one bottle of water was given per day. The spa services were fine, but I feel in past I have had better. Despite these things, the stay was excellent and it would not deter me from staying here again.

Great location but needs to improve Sleep quality
Pros:

Great location but given there is no Air Conditioning the Sleep Quality is poor during Summer months. The two onsite restaurants and staff are wonderful. The in room coffee station needs improvement - there is no coffee cream and insufficient coffee. The bathroom needs to be redesigned as the shower stall is very small and the separate toilette area does not have a sink.
