Great stay in the shadow of montblanc. Pool was a welcome respite from the heat!
Pros:

Room was sweet, pool area was gorgeous, gardens were delightful.

Cons:

So many amenities existed but were not shared upon checkin. Would have loved to have taken advantage of the bikes, shuttle and fitness center but was not made aware of the amenities.

Above and Beyond
Pros:

Very impressed with the ethics, integrity and the commitment to service of the overall staff at the facility. My brother-in-law and his wife were also travelling with us and had a separate room. My sister-in-law left her diamond bracelet in the room and only discovered she did later in the day we checked out while we were in Geneva. I called the hotel and spoke to Cristiano (apologies if I misspelled the name) who confirmed they found the bracelet, and worked with us to arrange a taxi service delivery from Chamonix to Geneva. I called a little after 20;00 hours and we had the bracelet in our possession in Geneva by 22:30. This experience made me realize the level of service, care and integrity a flawless facility can provide to customers.
