مكان جميل وموظفين ولا أروع ، حتمًا هو فندقي الأول في أي زيارة قادمة.

Great location and friendly staff, but the room amenities could be improved for a more comfortable stay.
Pros:

Excellent location within walking distance of the town center. The hotel is comfortable with a beautiful lobby and a great play area for children. The staff were friendly, helpful and professional. Check-in and check-out were fast and efficient.

Cons:

The rooms can get very warm as there is no air conditioning.
Some rooms have limited lighting and not all rooms include a refrigerator.
The paper cups provided for coffee did not feel appropriate for a hotel of this standard.
It was also inconvenient that drinking water was only available from a water dispenser outside the room.

Bad staffs’ attitudes

Everything is great for the room except for the staff

Cons:

The staff were extremely disappointing. Their attitudes were rude and unprofessional. One staff member was arrogant and rude, while another called Marie seemed confused and unaware of what was going on.

We had to remind them that we had already paid the car park fees. Isn’t it their responsibility to verify this? We were even asked to pay the parking fees a second time.

When we requested a car park space, no one told us that we needed to confirm the booking. However, when we arrived, the other female staff member rudely asked, “You didn’t confirm?” They never asked us to do so in the first place.

The hotel should ensure that its staff are properly trained, professional, and familiar with guests’ bookings and payments. This experience was very disappointing and fell far below the standard I would expect.

Tolle Lage, gutes Frühstück, herrliche Aussicht, große Zimmer.

Cons:

Was zur Abwertung führt, ist, dass die Zimmer nicht klimatisiert sind.
Somit wird es im Sommer bei den Zimmern zur Süd- bzw. Westseite sehr heiß.
Der im Zimmer aufgestellte Ventilator schafft nicht wirklich Abhilfe.
Im Bad könnten mehr Ablagen sein.
