Pros:

Location is the best, staff were professional and helpful.

Cons:

1st floor smell full of Chlorine because of the spa. The room is too hot if you close the windows, but if you open the windows, it will be too noisy because of the pubs in front of it.

Overall, our stay was good, but there are definitely areas where the hotel could improve. The main issue was cleanliness, especially in the bathroom. The shower had noticeable mildew on the walls and floor, which made the bathroom feel less clean and well maintained.
Improving the cleaning and maintenance of the bathrooms, particularly addressing mildew in the shower areas, would significantly improve the overall guest experience.

The SPA was closed when we arrived
No air conditioning, very hot during summer
Booked a room with a view of Mont Blanc but was not able to see it unless you have to bent you head to the side of the balcony
Very noisy during the night
The parking is full, we could not use it for our stay. Also it is not free, you have to pay and it is cheap er to go to another parking Space
