الموقع خورافي، والجناح نظيف وإطلالته جميلة، وقريب من سنتر المدينة، والفعاليات ليست بعيده من الفندق، كما يوجد مواقف سيارات قريبه من الفندق اليوم ب 19 يورو، ولم استخدم مواقف الفندق لأنها مليانه،

الحمام ( تكرمون) منفصل تماماً عن المغسلة والمروش. والأثاث مستهلك نوعاً ما، وألوان الديكورات غااااامقة.
