Lo céntrico
El servicio del bar que está al lado de recepción el atendimiento fatal
There was no water in the room in the four-star hotel
La atención del personal.
La ubicación es céntrica y estupenda para pasear, ir de tiendas,…
Decir que mejoraron la zona de la piscina.
La habitación pequeña y con “necesidad” de hacer reforma. La anterior vez que me quedé con unas amigas la habitación era mucho mejor, estaba reformada.
Los ascensores lentos, muy lentos.
El desayuno súper sencillo.
Sin duda la localización del hotel, con unas vistas maravillosas al océano.
El hotel ya tiene sus años y necesitaría una renovación.
Todo me encantó, sobretodo la comida deliciosa del bufet.
El personal muy amable
Las habitaciones están obsoletas, la paredes le falta pintura y arreglo, mobiliario antiguo, los baños antiguos, bañera en lugar de plato de ducha, pasillos, ascensores con falta de modernización y remodelación

No me gustó porque a las 3 de la mañana llegaron los de la habitación 917 con gritos poniendo música dando portazos peleando vomitando etc no pudimos descansar y a las 8 de la mañana se levantaron con portazos y discuciones además de fumar porros, y eso que esta prohibido fumar en las habitaciones, el olor que nos entraba por la ventana. Llamamos a recepción a las 3 de la mañana para informar de lo que pasaba pero no nos atendió nadie.
El desayuno, las vistas al mar de la primera habitación, el personal fue muy amable
La primera habitación que nos dieron tenía bichos, y el hotel en si no tenía muy buenas condiciones. No tenían nada que ver las referencias de las fotografías con la realidad. Puertas rotas, piezas del baño rotas, paredes… la verdad que decepcionante. Nos dieron la opción de cambio pero no fue un cambio a mejor. No pidan las habitaciones del piso 11 si van tres personas, habitaciones muy pequeñas y el balcón pese a tener unas vistas muy agradables ( si te toca con vistas al mar ) está inclinado y parece que te vas a caer. No repetiremos.
Très bon emplacement
Sur les descriptions c'est marqué que la piscine été chauffée mais par contre non, j'ai demandé a la réception il m'en dit que oui elle faisait entre 24 et 26 degrés mais en réalité l'eau été glaciale donc j'ai été vraiment déçu je voulais en profiter.
