The location is excellent! Food was good and staff were lovely. Beds are very comfortable and there was a good selection of activities and entertainments.
The hotel was a little dated, although clean. The cocktails were watery and not great. Really not big issues though.
El desayuno no estaba mal y el aire acondicionado funcionaba bien. Las vistas desde el balcón de la habitación estaban bien y la piscina también agradable.
Nos encontramos 2 cucarachas en la habitación. La nevera no funcionaba. El aire acondicionado aunque funcionaba bien estaba muy sucio. La ducha era de bañera y con solo media mampara, por lo que era difícil no mojar el suelo; además la alcachofa no se sostenía en el soporte y tenías que estar todo el rato sujetándola.
Se nota que fue un cuatro estrellas cuando se construyó pero ahora el estado general es bastante malo, se nota que está todo bastante viejo. No sé si actualmente llegaría ni a 3 estrellas.
La ubicación, comodidad de las camas y el desayuno.
Las instalaciones antiguas y sin renovar. El hall muy anticuado.
Una cosa que no me gustó nada fue que cuando subimos por la tarde-noche a la habitación no teníamos toallas puestas. Avisamos dos veces y no nos llevaron las toallas, nos tuvimos que secar con el secador.
Después de dos horas es que nos trajeron las toallas.

Lawaai tijdens het ontbijt. Beetje achterstallig onderhoud/ gedateerd. Toilet stonk en in het toilet liepen twee kakkerlakken. Voor de rest wel keurig.
Je moet 15 minuten loop om je auto gratis kwijt te kunnen.

Me gustó la atención en recepción y también la atención de los camareros del restaurante, así como de la animadora de por las noches. Los eventos que hacían estaban bastante bien, me encantó el circo. Las vistas desde la habitación, aunque no nos tocó balcón, eran realmente espectaculares. El desayuno y la cena también me gustaron mucho, que hayan cosas típicas canarias como las papas arrugas o el helado de gofio sumaron muchos puntos! La ubicación es inmejorable.
Por poner un pero, la piscina es un poco pequeña. Lo que menos me gustó es el tiempo que perdimos para aparcar cada día, era una locura.
Lo céntrico que es,y las vistas hacia el paseo ... habitación amplia y cómoda con balcón.
