La ubicación del hotel es su mayor atractivo, en primera línea, a escasos minutos del Lago Martiánez, uno de los principales atractivos de Puerto de la Cruz y donde todo queda muy cerca: farmacias, supermercados, bares, restaurantes y zonas de ocio, por lo que apenas es necesario utilizar el coche durante la estancia.
El hotel necesita una reforma integral con bastante urgencia, ya que las instalaciones se encuentran muy anticuadas. Al hacer la reserva se nos indicó un tipo de habitación y, sin embargo, nos entregaron otra completamente distinta, mucho peor de lo esperado. Era una habitación sin vistas, con mobiliario muy viejo y una sensación general de falta de mantenimiento. La zona de la piscina es pequeña, está envejecida y da la impresión de que el hotel desaprovecha un espacio que podría ofrecer muchos más servicios y mejores instalaciones para los clientes en un hotel que dice de cuatro estrellas pero realmente no lo es.

El trato del personal (muy amable) y que está en la zona céntrica de Puerto de La Cruz.
El alojamiento, al estar en una zona céntrica, es muy difícil encontrar aparcamiento. Llegamos a tardar una hora en encontrar. La solución, si no hay, es ponerlo en un parking de pago 24h que hay cerca o dejarlo en una explanada que está a 10/15 minutos caminando.
