Der Aufenthalt war angenehm.
Pros:

Lage und Freundlichkeit des Personals.

Cons:

Man hätte die Gäste informieren sollen (rechtzeitig), dass die Anreise am 6.06. durch eine Veranstaltung behindert wird und den Gästen Vorschläge für Gepäck und Parken machen sollen.

Comfortable stay in the centre of town

Cons:

Bar - not very cosy. Serviced by same person on reception, which meant that if they were busy, you couldn’t get a drink.

Shower – only possible to have a shower above a bath which isn’t great for older people. Also, when we told about the shower we were told at the last moment that our room only had a bathtub. This caused us a bit of anxiety, because we thought there was no shower at all. But it turned out there was a shower - it was just above the bath. This was probably lost in translation, but it did cause a some anxiety as we thought we would have to take baths while we were staying there.

No hooks to hang a coat on. This is true in most hotels, but we really wish coathooks would be provided.

Petit bémol le bruit des personnes à l’extérieur, peut-être proche du bar ou je-ne-sais-quoi.
Mais tolérance du fait qu’on est en centre-ville

Personnel au petit soin, literie parfaite, petit déjeuner parfait, c'est propre. L'emplacement parfait aussi pour shopping et visite de la ville.

Cons:

Le bruit venu de la place au pied de l'hôtel la nuit. Je pense qu'il n'y a pas grand chose à faire, surtout durant les belles périodes, mais l'hôtel met à disposition des bouchons d'oreilles, ce qui est bien vu. On se demandait pourquoi au début, on a compris ensuite. C'est malheureusement le seul point moyen.
