Cons:

Dirty bed cover....brown marks.
Uncomfy hard lumpy bed and lumpy pillows.....didn't sleep fot 2 nights stay.
Door slamming....needs soft close on doors and respect shhhhush signs.
My sister had to change rooms as carpet smelt of faeces. The staff obviously knew of this, as they changed her without even seeing it.
Not a good stay for either of us. Tbh I was disgusted.
Bathroom too small.

Friendly staff great location
Pros:

Perfect location. Great staff and very accomodating. Has A/C but capped at 21.5 celcius aka 70+ F. I asked and they did have one fan they could loan me to help. Breakfast had variety (need to let them know night before if you are eating and when so they can accomodate and record charge). Very friendly staff.

Pros:

Perfect location, interactive and attentive receptionist. Clean, big rooms and a super-large bed. I'm so glad I booked this hotel. Our room on the 1st floor overlooked the square and we had no issue with noise at all; there was also A/C in the rooms. Book with confidence "Top Notch"

Good value but small rooms
Pros:

The hotel is very well presented and in a good location close to bars, shops, restaurants and sites. I would say the room I had (4th floor) was very small with a tiny en-suite. There wasn’t a great amount of storage in the room other than some open shelves and a small wardrobe, no bedside locker or drawers. I’m not too sure that the air conditioning functioned as required as it didn’t seem to cool the room temperature down however all in all a reasonably priced hotel

Der Aufenthalt war angenehm.

Man hätte die Gäste informieren sollen (rechtzeitig), dass die Anreise am 6.06. durch eine Veranstaltung behindert wird und den Gästen Vorschläge für Gepäck und Parken machen sollen.

Comfortable stay in the centre of town

Cons:

Bar - not very cosy. Serviced by same person on reception, which meant that if they were busy, you couldn’t get a drink.

Shower – only possible to have a shower above a bath which isn’t great for older people. Also, when we told about the shower we were told at the last moment that our room only had a bathtub. This caused us a bit of anxiety, because we thought there was no shower at all. But it turned out there was a shower - it was just above the bath. This was probably lost in translation, but it did cause a some anxiety as we thought we would have to take baths while we were staying there.

No hooks to hang a coat on. This is true in most hotels, but we really wish coathooks would be provided.
