Pros:

Location, building architecture and local materials were fantastic. Very clean and good view. Overall everything is slightly outdated but very well maintained. Loved the price!

One of the staff was rude and he didn't really explained anything about the hotel, amenities, etc.

Short Two Night Stay to Visit Cordoba
Pros:

Was looking forward to the visit to the Parador Cordoba and was not disappointed, the style and comforts of the Parador are just as expected having a method that takes you back to a bygone era of quality, luxury and hospitality. We had a room (no not a room - a superb suite) on the second floor overlooking the gardens, pool and the city in the background. Breakfast was included in the price and was superb with a very personal service that had to be applauded. All in all a very good experience as hoped for.

Cons:

Al a carte dining is a little expensive but the quality is excellent, other than that all is good.

More breakfast staff required
Pros:

Lovely hotel in beautiful location overlooking Cordoba.

Cons:

There were not enough waiting staff for the bar or restaurant resulting in long waiting times. Breakfast was particularly chaotic at 9:45 on a Sunday morning. Staff couldn't keep up with the demand for food top ups and kept running out of basics such as glasses, bowls and juice. It seemed unfair that waiting staff were having to do refills as well as tend to guests, take orders and clear tables.
