Pros:

Very friendly check in willing to answer any questions about Granada. Room was clean with adequate shower and toiletries. We had a room facing main road but was quiet for sleeping. Buffet breakfast was very good. I particularly liked the selection of fruit and hot food was hot. We used the local bus to and from both bus and train stations. They both stopped on the hotel road which was very handy and cheap (no4 from train station and no 33 to bus station). We used the rooftop pool once but found it a bit busy and cramped. This was a comfortable hotel at a reasonable price.

Tolles Hotel zentral in Granada

Tolles Deluxe Zimmer mit Balkon. Super umfangreiches tolles Frühstück. Sehr netter Valet Parking. Ausgezeichnet Lage um zu Fuß ins Zentrum zu gelangen.

Cons:

Die Anfahrt per Google ist irritierend und wird teilweise durch falsche Einbahnstraßen Regel kompliziert. Fahrt lieber die Hauptstraße Straße C. Recogidas (diese ist keine Einbahnstraße!) und von dort auf die C. Acera del Darro. Vor dem Hotel sind Parkplätze für An- und Abreise.

On arrival the car park was not accessible really so tight and not sign posted you will realise what i mean when you see it on top of that they charge 25€ A day we where only there i and a half days so felt ripped off
Also in the evening we decided that it would be nice to have a drink in the roof top bar around 8 to be told sorry it's closed for a private function very disappointed so told to have a drink in reception we do choose it for the city view but it's not value for money and rude staff

Hotel moderno. Foram muito amáveis ao oferecerem um upgrade ao nosso quarto. Quarto agradável, bom pequeno almoço, zona da piscina muito bem arranjada. Não tinham lugares disponíveis na garagem do hotel, mas oferecem a possibilidade de estacionar num estacionamento subterrâneo (Telpark) a 200m do hotel por 21€/dia. Esse estacionamento tem carregadores para carros elétricos.

Cons:

Uns dias antes da reserva recebemos um email para realizar self check-in, e fizemos: adicionar os dados dos hospedes, adicionar fotografias dos IDs/passaportes, e tudo o que é habitual num check-in. Ficámos espantados quando chegámos ao hotel e tivemos de fazer tudo outra vez ao balcão. Pensei que o self check-in fosse uma forma de acelerar o processo, mas se temos de repetir tudo mais vale não fazer self check-in.

El mejor hotel de Granada
Pros:

Es un buen hotel de 10 nos ha encantado todo sobre todo el trato de los trabajadores, es céntrico y cómodo. Tiene una terraza con buenas vistas, las habitaciones están bien cuidadas no se escucha el ruido. La Alhambra se encuentra a media hora andando y tiene todo cerca.

Zentrale Lage, Modernes Hotel, Leckeres Frühstück

Cons:

Der Wäscheservice war leider nicht zufriedenstellend. Die Wäsche wurde erst nach mehrmaligem Nachfragen vollständig zurückgegeben. Zunächst hiess es mehrfach, dass keine weiteren Kleidungsstücke vorhanden seien, bevor schliesslich doch noch fehlende Teile gefunden wurden. Das hat einen ansonsten sehr guten Aufenthalt etwas getrübt.
