El armario una maravilla y la habitación espaciosa, aunque algo de ruido por la noche.
Hubiésemos agradecido algo de información en la recepción sobre cómo nos afectaba la Vuelta Ciclista España. El sábado teníamos una reserva para cenar y hasta que fuimos a recepción a pedir que nos llamaran un taxi, no nos dijeron que había varios eventos y cortes importantes de tráfico en la ciudad. Tuvimos que caminar hasta la Plaza Nueva para conseguir un taxi, fue un poco estresante la verdad.
También vimos en la recepción más interés y explicaciones en los huéspedes extranjeros que en los españoles.
Las instalaciones, el desayuno y la ubicaciom
De locatie was perfect, in het centrum van Granada. De kamers waren schoon en zeer ruim. Het ontbijt was uitgebreid en gevarieerd.
Het zwembad was wat klein. Op de foto’s lijkt het alsof het zwembad vrij groot is… Slim gefotografeerd ;)
La ubicación
Todo genial
We get a great welcome from the male desk clerk (I wish I had got his name - he was excellent). He gave us lots of information, and said it was also available on the TV screen. The room was quiet and very comfortable. The bed was enormous and it had lovely pillows. Great shower with toiletries, a hairdryer and there was a steamer for your clothes. Breakfast was very good, with a wide variety of foods available and plenty of space in the restaurant. The public areas were very welcoming, and there was chilled water available in the lobby. We did not use the rooftop pool, but we had dinner at BHeaven up there. The food was absolutely beautiful and we were persuaded to share a starter as the server thought two starters would be too much, which was much appreciated. The desk clerk (him again) helped us book the table for dinner and gave us advice about our booking for the Alhambra, suggesting we got a taxi there, but walk back (we had been intending to walk both ways). Nothing was too much trouble. We told him we were thinking of coming back in January 2028, because we had experienced so much intense heat in Madrid, Seville and then Granada, and he said it was a great time to visit and that the rates would be very reasonable. We will definitely be back.

Very good breakfast, a nice pool area with the view and convenient parking.
It would be better if smoking were not allowed in the rooftop bar and pool area.
Great location; roof terrace was a bonus. The reception staff were patient and understanding of my terrible Spanish despite having excellent English.

Super abwechslungsreiches Frühstücksbuffet; tolle Lage, Parkplatz im Haus mit Parkservice, viele Restaurants in der Umgebung. Bequeme Betten und gute AC! Pool und Bar am Dach - super für eine kleine Entspannung zwischendurch!
