A beautiful hotel with history close to the Alhambra and in a great location
Pros:

You cannot get a better location with a beautiful view of the Alhambra. The rooms were spacious and the breakfast was very good as well. The staff is also very helpful

Localisation, accueil, confort. Parfait séjour
Pros:

Le dépaysement dans ce cadre ancien et magique. Effet waouh à notre arrivée. Chambre confortable, minbar, plateau de courtoisie et bouteille de vin en cadeau à déguster sur place si on veut (verres à pieds et ouvre bouteille mis à disposition).... jolie attention. Super petit déjeuner, copieux et varié avec des gâteaux fait maison et des churros. Proximité de tous les lieux à visiter, même l’alhambra à 25mn à pieds. Toutes les ruelles autour sont à explorer ...

Cons:

Pas facile de se rendre en voiture, il faut une déclaration faite par l’hotel pour acceder aux parkings les plus proches de l’hotel. Nous avons accéder au parking place de los campos pour 17 euros par jour au lieu des 22 euros avec des accords de l’hotel pour des stationnements bien plus loin.

Possibly the best location to visit Albaicin, Alhambra, Arab markets and cathedral

Great central location. Cozy bed. The best view of the Alhambra ( outside of Mirador St N) pretty facility.

Cons:

The breakfast churros weren’t good. Possibly stale.

Beautiful authentic romantic hotel
Pros:

Wonderful authentic palaccio - beautifully decorated with a charming surprising bedroom arrangement comprising of a spiral staircase on the mezzanine floor that housed two comfy chairs and the kettle etc

The staff was outstanding and all the little perks were so appreciated including taxi chits and discounts on parking.

Great location, lovely staff, but be sure to stay in a room above the main lobby
Pros:

The hotel location was unbeatable, rigth at the foot of the Alhambra outcrop. And the staff were fabulous: warm, welcoming, and could not do enough to make our stay a success. And when we didn't get on with our first room they immediately moved us to a far better one without any resistance. Really lovely people.

Cons:

Our first room was in the annexe next door, not in the beautiful pillared lobby area. I'm afraid it was disappointing - dingy, small and with no proper outside view. The main windows overlooked the narrow courtyard, facing all the other rooms, so that inconsiderate people returning late made it hard to sleep.
