Customers arriving at the hotel by car should take the following route: take exit 12 of the GR-30 and turn right onto Melchor Almagro street. Then turn onto Carril del Picón street and later turn left onto Tablas street. At the end of this street, turn right onto Plaza de la Trinidad, before reaching Alhóndiga street.

The location of the hotel was very good. The room was spacious and comfortable. The staff were friendly. The room was clean.

Cons:

There was no toilet brush. Water splashes out of the shower easily.

Pros:

Atendimento excelente, tudo muito limpo. A localização é maravilhosa, perto de restaurantes, comercio em geral.

Cons:

Poderia ter barras de segurança e tapete de borracha na banheira... muito perigoso escorregar na hora da ducha.

O hotel fica em uma localização central e os funcionários da recepção são bem gentis.

Cons:

Os quartos tem péssimo isolamento acústico, é possível ouvir barulhos de outros quartos e do corredor. Os quartos possuem mobiliário antigo e muito simples. O chuveiro é uma ducha pequena que pode ser colocada em posição elevada e não oferece o conforto de um chuveiro.
