Great value hotel in central location
Pros:

Central location, comfortable room with excellent breakfast in sister 4* hotel next door. Helpful staff who provided info on where to visit & places to eat etc. I was accidentally overcharged when I paid my bill on arrival, but when I queried the price I was quickly refunded and I was also given a free breakfast as an apology.

El hotel Torreluz está en pleno centro de la ciudad, lo que te permite explorar la ciudad sin grandes desplazamientos. El hotel estaba súper limpio, las camas eran muy cómodas y las duchas tenían buena presión.

Cons:

No me gustó que el personal te pida escanear el DNI cuando normalmente solo hace falta recoger los datos básicos y ya... tampoco que al llegar no teníamos claro cómo hacer el check in porque tienen varios hoteles y solo en uno hay recepción...

Muy cómodo, céntrico con excelente ubicación, acogedor , limpio y bien cuidado, buena insonorización y aire acondicionado. Personal muy amable. Terraza en la habitación muy agradable
