La ubicación y cercanía a restaurantes y bares, la Alcazaba, el catedral
It was very central.
The room was very small (considering it was a double room). The bed was stuck to the wall so my husband had to climb from my side to get to bed. It was definitely for a single occupancy. When I asked to get a “normal” double room to the manager, she was very rude and told me they were all the same so why not put the real photos on booking then?
Definitely false claims and misleading information.

La ubicación
La habitación. Nada que ver con las fotos. Una primera planta con dos ventanas al patio de luces, con cortinas opacas y una puertucha a la calle con el aparato de aire acondicionado. Baño muy pequeño. En resumen , una decepción. Repito nada que ver con cualquier foto de habitaciónes de la página.

Customer service (reception lady was kind and accommodating)
Rooms were not bright. Windows are small with no view.
Room was advertised with aircon. When we went into the room there was only central aircon that was not working appropriately thus the room was hot. We informed the receptionist and she kindly moved us in a different room with adequate aircon even though the room was small.
Cleanliness was average and could be better (stains in bedding, hair from previous tenants in the floor etc.)
However customer service was excellent and ready to assist.
We paid for breakfast and we regretted it since it was almost cold cuisine with basic supermarket items (cakes, sweets etc). There was no yoghurt or eggs in any form or healthier options in general available)

Es muy céntrico y tienes todo cerca y puedes ir a pie!
Justamente estaban haciendo obras en la calle de entrada y tenías que dar mucha vuelta para acceder al hotel con el coche, seguro que cuando acaben las obras no habrá ningún problema!
