Please note that a damage deposit of EUR 100 will be required upon arrival for the Studio (2 Adults), Apartment (2-4 Adults), Apartment (2 Adults + 2 Children), Apartment with Balcony and Pool View (2-4 Adults), and Apartment with Balcony and Pool View (2 Adults + 2 Children), and will be returned on the day of departure once the apartment has been checked. Payment can be made in cash or by card.

Please note that for group reservations, a non-refundable 50% payment is required, and all guests need to provide the names and details of all occupants.

Mala educación recepcionista
Pros:

Sintiendo mucho la puntuación, no lo recomiendo en absoluto. La persona de recepción además de no solventar nada, trata sin respeto ni educación. Tanto es asi que el resto de cosas no lo han compensado.

Cons:

El trato de la responsable de Recepción, ya indicado en otras opiniones, del hotel. Personal no cualificado que nos dijo si lo que habíamos visto era en el hotel o "una pelicula", riendose de sus clientes.

La zona infantil de la piscina es ideal para los niños, aunque el agua estaba un poco fría. La temperatura de la piscina grande era ideal. La cafetería tenía muy buenos precios, no era nada caro.

Cons:

La cola que se forma en el comedor para cenar, estaría bien poder elegir si la media pensión es la comida o la cena. Entre semana echamos de menos más actividades

Staff lovely, issues with pool area safety

Pool ripped kids water shoes apart and there feet bleeding, reported to life guard and she said she was aware & happening to all kids( not done about it from hotel end) I took a look myself and the slide at the top is catching kids feet on way down and one of the drains around the pool has dropped so it’s sharp - again mentioned all to life guard and no action taken - 5 pairs of shoes ruined ( we had 5 children’s in our party) with chunks taken out of them and so many sore bleeding feet
The plastic grass around the pool is sooooo hot, not sure if that was a great idea - adults and kids burnings feet - ensure kids are wearing some sort of shoes
