Amabilidad del personal y muy céntrico.

Cons:

Nos pusieron una toalla de baño para cada uno y no pusieron ni la de manos ni la del suelo.

El trato amable de el personal

Cons:

Que la mitad de cosas que se ofrecen están en desuso, que llegue y tenía los vasos de el baño llenos de agua dentro de la pica aún, por lo cual no habían limpiado la mitad de la habitación, y ya me dio que pensar que las sábanas y toallas ya estaban usadas también. La bolera, zona de juegos, sala exterior de fiestas,etc. no están activos o destruidos.

De quoi largement s'occuper dans l'hôtel en cas de pluie ( salle de sport, salle de jeux, bar avec animations, etc)

Cons:

La chambre se situe contre la cage d'ascenseur dôc tres bruyante... jai du acheter des bouchons d'oreilles pour dormir.
La lumière des couloirs reste allumé toute la nuit donc les chambres ne sont jamais dans le noir complet car la lumière passe sous les portes.
Manque aussi un parking voiture

EL PEOR HOTEL QUE HE ESTADO
Pros:

El buffet del desayuno, fue lo unico en condiciones

Cons:

Primero la limpieza, NO CAMBIARON LAS SABANAS NI UN SOLO DIA, segundo cuando llegamos no les aparecía que habíamos reservado y tampoco que estaba pagado,después de tantas horas para llegar lo que menos queríamos era estar alli 2 horas por su mala gestión y por último la puerta del baño rota, almohadas muy muy vacías e incomodas y la ducha con pelos todos los dias, tampoco la limpiaban

Me gustó más el área de la piscinas ,el bar ,la actividad para niños en la sala de juegos

No me gustó para nada la limpieza de las habitaciones,desde que llegamos notamos el baño,puertas y suelo con pelos y puertas con la marcas de los dedos de las anteriores personas ,el inodoro con residuos de heces ,y haci toda la estancia no dejaban el inodoro sucio y la cama sin hacer solo por arriba estirada,me queje en recepción y fueron apañada ,pero al otro día la misma escena no limpiaban bien. Y yo con mis niños en esa suciedad...

La habitación es amplia .

Cons:

La reserva era para tres y estaba preparada para dos. No toallas para 3. Y estuvimos 50 minutos esperando unas toallas , cuando dijimos que las necesitábamos urgentes.
Las camas muy incómodas y almohadas muy gastadas . No responden al telf de recepción.
