Decepcionante
Pros:

El hotel tenía una buena zona para guardar las bicis y tenía bastantes servicios.

Cons:

1. El aparcamiento es realmente pequeño por lo que es muy posible que no haya espacio para el coche
2. Los horarios están hechos para los ingleses por lo que el desayuno termina pronto y la comida y la cena lo mismo
3. Falta de limpieza en la habitación, hubo restos de arena en el suelo durante toda nuestra estancia
4. No tuvimos suerte con el trato del personal, sin darnos cuenta nos llevamos la llave del candado de la bici y al llamar para pedir perdón y avisar que la íbamos a enviar de vuelta nos acusaron de intentar robarla.
5. Las hamacas en la piscina estaban reservadas desde primera hora
6. El gimnasio tenía literalmente 4 maquinas y la mitad en mal estado
7. El horario de la piscina terminaba a las 20:00 o a las 19:00, un horario ridículo en pleno verano

Qué fuera sólo para adultos

Cons:

Los masajes había que pagarlos por adelantado y además en efectivo. Tuvimos que buscar un cajero por todo Salou que no cobrara comisión por sacar dinero.

Lovely clean welcoming hotel. Great food and good drink prices.

Pros:

La verdad que todo fue estupendo, las habitaciones muy limpias, las instalaciones genial, y el personal de 10. Cerca de la playa y muchos servicios cerca.

Cons:

Lo único por poner un pero, es que en la web indica que no se puede reservar las tumbonas de las piscinas, pero la gente llegaba, ponía sus toallas y se iban a desayunar. El buffet muy rico pero muy repetitivo, como sugerencia pondría algo más de comida mediterránea, está muy orientada al público extranjero.

Pros:

La comida nos ha gustado toda, bastante variedad, de calidad y bien hecho.

Cons:

La forma despota de responder de una de las camareras en el comedor. (La morena de gafas y pelo largo, del turno del desayuno dia 8 de septiembre). Deberia haberse dirigido de forma amable y no respondiendo mal.

Sin duda la comida como principal motivo y otras cosas que también nos gustan y que enumeraré más adelante.Es el segundo año que reservamos en el H10 vintage y nos decidimos el año pasado por las puntuaciones en la comida, y sigue en la misma linea de calidad y buena elaboración de la mano de Antonio el Chef.La piscina y sus actividades,el personal muy amable,desde la recepción hasta la despedida y pasando por camarer@s y personal de limpieza.Supongo(ya que no entiendo mucho del tema) que de todo esto y de su buen funcionamiento tiene mucho que ver un gran gestor(en este caso gestora) que organice a tanto personal con diligencia y saber hacer me refiero a Iraima su directora.En ninguno de los hoteles que he visitado en mi vida,que a mis 68 años son muchos he visto al director o directora tan accesible por parte de los huéspedes,he sido testigo de la cantidad de saludos entre ella y los huéspedes.Un trato tan humano y familiar no lo dan en todas partes.Sinla salud lo permite volveremos al H10 vintage

Por poner una pequeña pega,La hora de cierre del comedor en la comida y la cena con media hora sería ideal.Pero entiendo que el personal sigue trabajando una vez que cierran
