Good family holiday
Pros:

Perfect location - easy access to beach and lots of restaurants, bars and shops close by
Entertainment was good for kids
Comfy beds

Cons:

Sunbed wars - simply not enough for number of rooms and you will struggle to get one if you do not join the queue before 8.30.
Rooms a bit dated and more like 3 star than 4

Estancia para repetir.
Pros:

Muy buena la comida del buffet. Variada y bien cocinada. El personal del restaurante , amable, simpático y atento. Tuvimos una necesidad y la acogieron de maravilla. Encantados con todo el personal del comedor ( encargadas, camareras...)

Muy buena animación para los niños. Los monitores muy simpáticos e implicados. Los niños encantados con las actividades y el grupo de monitores.

Cons:

Dos personas de recepción, en concreto una chica y un chico poco amables y resolutivos; con pocas ganas ni iniciativa para ayudar o solventar un imprevisto que tuvimos. Los demás que nos atendieron muy bien.

Las habitaciones antiguas con bañera al mismo precio que las renovadas con baño nuevo (nuevo lavabo y plato de ducha).

La piscina demasiado llena por las tardes y huéspedes que "reservan" las hamacas desde el punto de mañana (hacen fila para entrar los primeros cuando abren la puerta) y colocan su toalla en la hamaca para después ausentarse durante horas....lo que impide que la utilicen otras personas. Debería estar controlado.

A pesar de estos detalles que quiero dejar reflejados por si se pudieran mejorar, no son cosas que hayan empañado nuestra estancia, que ha sido muy buena en general y con perspectiva de repetir.

Pros:

Está muy bien ubicado, cerca de la playa y de la zona comercial.
La zona de piscina y jacuzzi está muy bien.

Cons:

La habitación es pequeña para tres adultos.
No deberían permitir el uso de pelotas en la piscina, cuando hay mucha gente.

Great hotel at central location
Pros:

Great hotel close to the beach and the main pedestrian zone by the sea with all shops, restaurants, bars and cafes.
The hotel itself offers high-quality service- spacious and clean rooms, excellent breakfast and dinner with variety of choices.
The pool area is nice but a bit small. Anyway, we have come for the see and stayed just a bit around the pool on our arrival day. We haven't stayed for the evening animation so I can't comment on that but saw on the info board that they have shows every evening.

- Cleaning ladies are amazing, fantastic people
- Service overall in the whole hotel is lovely, everyone is so friendly and welcoming,
- From the first step into the hotel I first released how nice it smells, it’s very clean, elegant and modern
- The location is amazing to shops, restaurants bus-stops, beach it’s perfect. The bus stop right opposite the hotel leads to the amazing cities around like tarragona, La Pineda, cambrils and even Barcelona. People in hotel reception will tell you where to go and explain everything
- The room was cleaned everyday and spacious, it’s made very well the furniture is new and the beds are very comfortable, pillows are amazing and the ac works wonders. Walking into the room it smelt lovely and music was playing with my name on the tv it welcomed me into my room
- The bathroom was very nice, water pressure was amazing and it hits the perfect temperature very fast, they gave us free dental kits and a comb and they’re shower gel, hand wash, and body lotion all smelt great.
- No issues with the wifi in the hotel works very quick and throughout the whole building.
- Check out was before 12pm and they have free luggage storage and you can still use all the amenities in the hotel
- Entrainment team is absolutely amazing, the people are so friendly funny and helpful, they all are a big group of friends and always welcome guests into the group. We did aquatic dancing, darts, pool and much more with them and it always was so much fun. They make sure everyone is involved and overall couldn’t ask for a better experience

- The pool does shut at 18:00 which I find it a bit early but the pool area is very clean, lots of space everywhere even if you come late you will find a spot. Sunbeds are very comfortable and have lots of different options on how you want to lay down. I found the water a bit on the colder side but not insanely freezing, at first getting in is a challenge but I understand how if you’ve been baking in the sun it would feel...

Cons:

- I had half-board and you have to pay for drinks during dinner, even for water? Food is good but it isn’t mind blowing, everyday is basically the same thing just sometimes different meat or fish. Do not get all inclusive, just simply not worth it, food is just boring. I went to 3 star hotels before and the food was so much better with quality and quantity. Service in the restaurant involving servers and the chefs was super they all work so hard, everyone had smiles on their faces and ate so helpful and friendly, expect for server Monica, she could learn a lot from her coworkers, like normal tone and attitude towards guests, I thought she was arrogant and not a nice person.

- If not server Monica and the overall selection of food the hotel would be 5 stars.

Una estancia horrible
Pros:

Ubicacion cerca de la playa a 5 minutos caminando.
Comida del buffet variada.
Cama comoda y grande.
Amabilidad de las chicas/os de recepcion y del comedor.

Cons:

Limpieza: ningun dia nos barrieron el suelo de la habitacion y estaba llena de arena y las sabanas tampoco. Las toallas las dejamos 2 dias consecutivos en el suelo para que las cambiaran y las reusaron y doblaron haciendo ver que estaban cambiadas (las manchas de maquillaje delataron a las chicas de las limpieza)

Piscina: el primer dia que quisimos ir a la piscina nos dimos cuenta que muchos clientes ya estaban haciendo cola en la puerta desde las 8 de la mañana para coger hamaca y luego se iban a desayunar… luego queria ir tu y no podias porque no habia ninguna hamaca.. las chicas de recepcion si que dejavan un papel conforme tenias 30min para sacar las toallas, si fuera yo no dudaba en sacarlas al instante dado que siempre eran las mismas personas que lo hacian dia tras dia… PENOSO.

Ruido entre habitaciones: toda la semana que estubimos alojados tuvimos en ambas habitaciones de los lados clientes que de pasaban todo el dia gritando hasta altas horas de la noche y no pldias ni hacer la siesta ni descasar por las noches daso que dejaban el televisior puesto con el volumen a tope o la musica alta.

Great quality service and reliable hotel
Pros:

The pool area is nice but a bit small. Anyway, we have come for the see and stayed just a bit around the pool on our arrival day.
Very reliable and friendly stuff - On our departure day our friend forgot his bag with all his documents and quite a lot of money in their room. They found it and contacted us urgently so we can return and take it untouched. Special thanks to Albert (the reception boy) who did his best to reach us calling several times on phone and WhatsUp so we could come and pick it up in time before our flight.

We highly recommend this hotel and if coming back it will always be our first choice.
