Хороший отель!
Pros:

В целом все очень даже понравилось, отличное местоположение, большой выбор еды(еда вкусная), персонал вежливый и всегда рады помочь. Особенно рекомендую этот отель с детьми.

Cons:

Из минусов, полный пансион не включает в себя напитки, бесплатные напитки только на завтрак( шампанское, соки, кофе, чай, молоко). На обед и ужин нету даже бесплатной водички, подходит официант и предлагает напитки. За две маленькие колы около 6€. Уборка была на среднем уровне, кровать делали, но полы зачастую как будто даже не подметали в номере.

Totalmente recomendable
Pros:

La atención del personal excelente, empezando por el guarda de seguridad k estuvo muy atento y nos indico donde aparcar, las chicas de recepción, Rocío encargada del comedor encantadora y por supuesto todo su equipo.
El buffet maravilloso desde el desayuno variedad y calidad pasando por todas las elaboraciones y variedad de postres.

Cons:

Algo de atasco algunos días a la hora de entrar al desayuno o comida.

I think I've found THE spot in Salou for my future holidays here. Highly recommended.
Pros:

Excellent location, wide variety of tasty food, cosy poolside with a bar, and a big, well decorated adjacent pub. There are even various evening gigs (singers, dancers, magicians, etc.) for people who prefer to stay in. Everything is simplified and straightforward, from the bracelet chip, used as a key, ID for the restaurant and payment method at the pool bar, to easily connecting your phone or tablet to the telly in the room.

Cons:

Most rooms are obviously made for two beds, with extra beds just crammed in, if needed, which may prove a size issue for a bigger family.
The poolside bar does not take cash, and the bracelet chip account has to be topped up in advance (I learned it the hard way, when I needed a drink).

Ліжка не зручні вони їздять по кімнаті,ремонт старий, кондиціонер шумить дуже голосно,постіль міняють 1раз на тиждень це готель максимум на 3 зірки черги в столову до 20 хвилин,паркінгу не має

Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine dans cet établissement.
Pros:

J ai bien aimé l emplacement avec tout à proximité notamment la plage et les épiceries.

Personnel accueillant - Bien situé - Petit déjeuner très complet et bon - Lit confortable - Chambre de bonne taille - Clim dans la chambre juste bien

Cons:

En résumé c'est un vieux 4 étoiles - la salle de bain n'avait pas été récurée comme attendu dans un 4* - les portes du placard étaient déboîtées, le wifi pas terrible et pas de reseau - il faut payer (10euros de caution) pour sa serviette de bain pour la piscine et 1 euros en plus si vous voulez avoir une propre (à chaque fois)

Great location near the beach just a 5min walk, plenty of bars and restaurants very close by an lots of shops, bit disappointed that there was not kettle in the room we av stayed at lots of h10 hotels even 1 very close to this one an ALWAYS had a kettle in the room but when I went down to reception to ask i was told only the upgrades had a kettle i was a bit shocked if im honest I've never upgraded but always had a kettle in the room, I was told I could rent one 3euros a day WOW!!, if you're staying for 2wks go across the road u can buy one for 15euros, rooms always cleaned good housekeeping, if u smoke u can not smoke on the balcony witch i can't understand as its outside in your owe private space so be ware. Great aircon in the rooms , not much on the tv if you're English news channel, the food wasn't to bad my wife is a picky eater so far her to find food she liked i wasn't expecting good choice most evenings but they do tend to put a lot of the same stuff back on but overall the food was good, would i stay there again...... no im afraid not being a smoker I felt like I wasn't really welcome u go on holiday to unwind an distress so avin to keep going down stairs all the time for a cigarette is not distressing.
