Alojamiento muy limpio y moderno. Bufet excepcional, amabilidad del personal y calidad de la comida.
Como punto negativo, las tumbonas de la piscina estaban ocupadas desde primera hora con toallas, cuando apenas había gente en la piscina, estaban casi todas con objetos, así durante gran parte de la mañana. Nos metimos al agua 10 minutos nada más llegar;al salir ya teníamos una nota advirtiendo de la retirada de las toallas, cosa que en ninguna tumbona más había. Nuestra tumbona estaba apartada del vaso de la piscina.

-Los cuartos (moho en el baño)
-La animación (waterpolo) porque impedía a la gente de meterse en la piscina durante la actividad y a veces las personas se recibían la pelota en la cabeza.
Además, sigo esperando el cambio de habitación que solicité en recepción. Me dijeron que volverían a ponerse en contacto conmigo, pero no he recibido ninguna respuesta por su parte.
The hotel in a great location, very near the beach and shops.. It was also very accessible to Port Aventura and other bus routes. The pool area was really nice and we enjoyed the music during the day and night entertainment. The selection of food available was excellent (we were half board) The bar was very reasonable. We were there during tge World Cup so there was a good buzz most evenings when tge matches were played in the lobby. The staff were very pleasant. I was there with my son (16) and daughter (13) and my sister and we really enjoyed our holiday there. Would highly recommend.
Only negative was that it was impossible to get sun loungers with umbrella shades, no matter how early we went down in the morning, they were all taken!

Hotel bien ubicado, cerca de la playa, con múltiples servicios, personal atento. El buffet era muy variado y de calidad. Actividades de animación para adultos y niños
El cuarto al meter la cama supletoria para el niño se quedaba algo justo de espacio. Huéspedes no nacionales ocupan desde primera hora de la mañana las hamacas para todo el día.
