Lovely, friendly hotel in a beautiful town
Pros:

Fantastic warm welcome from reception. Beautiful property. Lovely stroll up to the town centre.very comfortable room, spacious with food amenities.

Pros:

Bien placé, rénové avec soin, bonne literie, accueil agréable

Cons:

Chambre sur rue passante, beaucoup de marches pour accéder aux chambres, au petit déjeuner,…pas d’ascenseur, seulement 10 places de parking pour 49 chambres! Et petit déjeuner chaotique, à 9h15, plus de croissants, machines à café en panne, tables non débarrassées, ….et pas de responsable pour réorganiser

Es war sehr sympathisch, wir werden das Hotel wieder buchen, wenn wir nach Beaume kommen.
Pros:

Vanessa, die Concierge, hat sich sehr um uns bemüht und mich im Voraus per whatsapp kontaktiert.
Das verwinkelte neue Hotel strahlt Charme aus.
Das Frühstücksbüffet liess keine Wünsche offen.
Vielen herzlichen Dank!

Cons:

Wegen der Dachschräge musste ich mich sehr bücken um ins Bett zu steigen.

Schöne Unterkunft nahe am Stadtzentrum mit sehr freundlichem Personal.
Pros:

Die Unterkunft ist in einem schön ausgebauten Altbau nahe am Zentrum. Alles ist gut zu Fuss erreichbar. Das Personal war überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war zwar schön, aber sehr klein mit zu wenig Stauraum.

Goed ontbijt!
Pros:

Snelle checkin met ruime uitleg van Beaune,
enorm uitgebreid en goed ontbijt,
nette kamer en algemeen net hotel
Persoonlijk assistent via whatsapp was wel leuke touch

Cons:

We vroegen een babybed en ze hadden de matras vergeten. Er was effectief een laken maar om een hard stuk gedraaid. Baby kwam midden in de nacht wakker al huilend, na wag zoeken gevonden en meteen een matras gekregen, die trouwens nog steeds dun was.
Hebben wel uitgebreide excuses gekregen, bedankt hiervoor

Top hotel voor als je op doorreis bent.
Pros:

Perfect hotel voor 1 nacht. We waren op doorreis. Kamer is wat klein maar perfect voor 1 nachtje. goed bed. Ontbijt zeer uitgebreid. Zeer enthousiast personeel.

Superbe hotel fraîchement refait. Les chambres sont décorées avec goût, et très confortable. Mention spéciale pour la salle de bain qui est vraiment très belle et confortable !
Le personnel est d'une extrême gentillesse et l'hôtel est idéalement placé près de superbes restaurants
